"The Fragrant Wind teashop"
Next door to Mira's Tavern is a small simple shop made of bamboo slats. A simple sign over the door bears beautifully calligraphy kanji spelling out the name Kaori Kaze. By the delicately carved door a tall bird-headed man stands with folded wings to discourage the more rowdy guests.
Inside are a multitude of delicately carved wooden tables inset with tiles that resemble a crysanthenum and a Shouji board, in fact Shouji pieces are easily available from the counter and several patrons seem to be almost constantly involved in a game. Down the centre if the floor is a waterfall and fresh flowing stream leading to a small ornamental pond filled with koi. In one corner filled with tasteful drapes sits a flute player.
Here medicinal teas can be purchased from Kaze or a To Go order can be obtained for use on missions. However this is mainly a tranquil place to sit and talk with freinds when the Tavern seems too noisy/"lively". This is also the place where assassinations are plotted, spies exchange information and blackmarket sales of jutsu and weapons take place.
In accordance with Kaze's grasp of human nature a small sign by the bar reads "If you wish to get laid please use the soundproofed upstairs rooms provided for your convieniance"

Written on the wall in beautifully calligraphy letters is the list of drinks. In an establishment like this there are no prices printed on the board. This could be because in an establishment like this if you have to ask the price you can't afford it or, more likely, because Kaze changes the prices depending on how he's feeling. All the drinks are available fresh or in bamboo flasks to take on missions. Each has it's own therapeutic and is side-effect free (probably)
Menu:Golden Mist-The Optimism tea. Silver Mist-The Sharpening tea Dragon's Breath-The Flaming Tea White woman-The Snow Tea Ink-The Art Tea Bitter Medicine-The Revival Tea Red Ruby-The Romance Tea. Kirin Diamond-The Sovereign Tea
Golden mist description: A haze of gold seems to hang above this tea. Even the fragrance of this golden coloured brew can revive a ninja and banish tiredness.
This tea is a favourite of the ninja on-the-go because of it's chakra restoring properties and ability to aid mental facilities in battle. It also helps restore optimism and hope when situations look bleak and allows one to find a solution to problems they might not have seen before.

Silver Mist description:
The Silver Mist is a sharp, peppermint scented tea with a tangy, metallic aftertaste.
A favourite of medics it sharpens the mind and drives away fatigue. Most of the Shouji players appear to be drinking this tea. It is best known for sharpening the mind to allow smaller details to be picked up in a stressful situation. It is named for it's ability to heighten battle reflexes until each move is "outlined in a mist of silver"
Price: 20 ryo
Dragon's Breath Description:
The Dragon's Breath is a dark red herbal tea with a strong, slightly spicy taste. It is a powerful brew and is not to the taste of many of the tea shops customers.

Ink Description:
A deep black, rich brew this tea does very much resemble its namesake. It has a very rich, earthy taste and is very refreshing.
This deep black tea has strange effects, each different depending on the person. Bitter Medicine Description:
This dark green tea is a sharp, tangy brew made of various fermented roots and berries and is reckoned to have the foulest taste of anything in this world.
Mainly used for pranks and other such acts of mischief this brew has other, practical uses as a smelling salt and an all purpose healing drink. Despite it’s unpleasant taste this tea helps the congealing of blood around wounds to help stop bleeding, clears effects of poisons and genjutsu, revives the unconscious, helps prevent infection and is widely used by medics as a natural first aid kit. There are few who actually drink it for fun or to maintain their health, lacking any immediately injury, but those that do are considered “hardcore” in the Tea world.
Price: 40 ryo
Red Ruby Description:
A deep gemstone red this tea is a cranberry tasting brew with a sharp crisp aftertaste. The deep red is supposed to symbolise wealth, love and happiness.
Many courting couples order this tea to show their emotions for each other. This tea stimulates endorphins, like chocolate. The sharper, fruity taste is preferred by some. Those who consume this drink feel heightened compassion, empathy and love. A cup of this tea is useful for apologies and breaking up arguments. If brewed more strongly it becomes a potent aphrodisiac. This is 80% of the reason Kaze has that sign on his counter. The other 20% is Hayato.

The taste of Kirin Diamond is also said to increase the drinkers luck, making good things more likely to happen to them and leaving them better equip to deal with them. This tea is also said to increase the influence of the drinker, making them appear more powerful and intimidating.
Price: By Request.

As well as the wide selection of teas Kaze also offers a selection of gormet and non-fattening foods as well as some select and powerful/potentially lethal sakes, available by special request only.
Menu:
Shingami's Blood Sake
Tenshi Feather Sake
Lit Bjaserka Sake
Animus Sake
Serpent Tears Sake
Shinigami's Blood Description:
This sake has been brewed from things you'd rather not know. It tastes of blood and tears and swallowed screams.
This sake has been shown to have enormous beneficial effects on Aeons, boosting ability, healing wounds and restoring confidence. This is one of the best pick me ups for an Aeon and wondefully benificial to their hosts as well, although it's taste is generally unpleasant to humans.
Tenshi Feather description:
This light sake appears to glow from within. It smells of honey and happiness, sits on the tounge like a feather and tastes of pure golden power.
This sake is favoured highly by Eidlons. It's soft but powerful taste helps boost and restore an Eidlons powers as well as being great for physical and mental health of both themselves and their partners.
Lit Bjaserka description (This is what happens when Kaze attempts to spell)
This sake is a deep blood-red in colour and smells of battlegrounds and bloodlust and bravery. It's taste is thick and heavy and velvet-like. It sits on the tounge like a drug.
Lit Bjaserka:The Beserker Sake. It stimulates adreneline and other such hormones within the human body, making the drinker stronger, faster and almost indestructible. Made for battle it turns the drinker into a beserker fighter who will continue to fight until they are killed or run out of enemies. This is used as a last resort in dead-end battles. Consumers of this sake feel no ill-effects after use (assuming they survive) but can consume/will be drawn to consume more Lit Bjaserka in an attempt to control the Beserker state.
This sake is named after one of three terms for beserker in Kaze's language.
Animus Description:
This sake is pale and clouds appear to drift on the surface. It has a very mysterious taste, different to all those who taste it that none can recall or describe.
This sake is proven to be beneficial to Espers, helping boost and focus their elemental powers and restore them mentally and physically.
This sakes name comes from the word for soul/spirit/divine spark.
Serpent Tears description:
This strong, dark coloured sake is made from Kaze's blood is poisonous to many. Those that can stomach it safely say it tastes of grave dirt and chemicals and raw, twisted power. And grapes for some reason.
This sake is consumed by few and it's effects, while beneficial, are very mysterious. Hayato has been seen to get a boost to his chakra and shapechanging abilities and Kaze himself has been seen to gain chakra from consuming this, as well as distributing it to those he favours with no ill effects.
As to it's true powers, they are unknown.

Well-slimed and weary Hayato roughly shoulders his way into the teashop.
The patrons look up briefly and return to their activities. Hayato, trailing Bijuu spit, walks up to the counter and there is a small shower of Turtle armour plates, a couple of neatly wrappped bundles of turtle meat and a slightly damp roll of ryo notes that bounces once then sticks to the counter infront of Kaze.

"Oh Hayato-kun you got money!" Kaze says with an innocent and cheerful grin. "Now we can pay off the loan for the Teashop heart "
The hulking figure remains silent.
"Hayato-kun?" Kaze asks timidly

Hayato's blood coloured eyes glare directly into Kaze's pale ones as a deep growl like ripping metal forms in the back of his throat.
The seal Kaze has placed on his power glows on his skin as the black hawk man reaches out one taloned hand and grips Kaze's collar.
"Hayato..." Kaze says warningly.
Hayato ignores him and tightly grips Kaze and hauls him up off his feet.
"I was almost Bijuu food Kaze. I could have died Kaze. I could have been eaten or trampled or fried by lightning...then you would be alone Kaze. And it's all because of this seal you put on me to cripple my kekkai genkai and weaken me so I didn't escape"
The hawk raises Kaze to eye level.
"You hurt me sometimes Kaze-sama..." Hayato says, pinning Kaze's arms behind his head. The pale shinobi shuffles his feet awkwardly and looks down. Hayato places a finger under Kaze's chin and tilts it upwards then presses his lips tightly against Kazes.
'It hurts when you say I can't have you' he finishes mentally

Kaze gives a muffled "Murmph" noise of surprise and feels a soft blush come over him. The kiss is certainly...unexpected but not entirely unwelcome.
Hayato's arms come around Kaze in a comforting guesture. Hayato's talons stroke through Kaze's long white hair.
Kaze blushes and frees one arm to taps the counter sign with a finger.

Hayato pulls away from the kiss, trying not to blush himself.
"Sorry. I needed that ." he says as means of explaination but doesn't break the hug, enjoying the feeling of Kaze in his arms.
Kaze blushes as he feels Hayato's eyes run down his body.
"Unless of course you want to go upstairs?"

Kaze blushes deeper. This isn't the first time Hayato's tried to get him into bed but probably the first he hasn't been fall down drunk or used the "oops I slipped" line as an excuse to end up on top of him, although he always prevented it getting anymore intimate.
"Ummm..." he stutters nervously, picturing Hebimaru's disapproving acid-yellow eyes in every corner.

"I'll take that as a yes" Hayato says, gripping Kaze by the wrist and dragging him off and up the bamboo stairs to the upper floor rooms.
As soon as they are out of sight of the interested patrons Hayato pins Kaze to the wall and kisses him properly, with all the passion he could never bring himself to express with others watching.

Kaze blushes as Hayato's lips once again met his. For a second he feels horrible, like he is cheating on Hebimaru but then pushes the feeling aside.
Hebimaru wouldn't mind just this once.
And Kaze does feel lonely. Very very lonely.
Kaze returns the kiss nervously.

Hayato caws mentally in victory.
He holds Kaze tighter, enjoying the feeling of Kaze's snow white hair on his skin as Kaze breaks the kiss to rest his head on Hayato's shoulder.
Hayato hold Kaze tighter, almost possesively. He wants the pale shinobi to know that that he will always be there, that he's in charge now.
Sensing this Kaze flinches a little, unable to prevent remembering how Hayato's "relationship" with him started.

Kaze pulls away from the wonderful, ashtray tasting kiss and quickly runs back down the stairs.
As wonderful as Hayato's presence made him feel he knows it's a relationship that could never work, that Hayato is too violent, too hate filled, for things to end well.
Kaze takes his place back at the counter, feeling mildly ashamed and trying not think impure thoughts about the tall bird-like Uchiha.
Buisness resumes as normal for the next few days.

He comes back with a large brass bowl filled with the tea Kaze's requested then returns to the tavern.
