Go to your profile and click on edit (upper right hand corner). On the right hand side, go through that list and fill it out. That is the simple way without using codes. But, if you want to use your own background image, the photobucket feature doesn't work, so use a direct link. And when using that direct link, if it has spaces in the url, it won't work.
