Doctor Who, like most television shows, is roughly hit-and-miss. Sometimes they have... dare I say it... Bad Episodes. Here you can go to vent your rage about any mindbogglingly stupid ideas they've had over the years.

My top three worst:
3: Aliens of London/World War III -- "These aliens fart" was a MAJOR PLOT POINT
2: The Runaway Bride -- Donna Rocks, but The Racnoss Empress hams it up worse than Shatner
1: The Waters of Mars -- Ok, it poses a major ethical question, but it directly contradicts "Blink" by using time as a linear cause-effect progression when the doctor CLEARLY STATES that this is not the case (It's more of a big ball of timey-whimey, wibbly-wobbly stuff) The Doctor doesn't change history because it's wrong, it's because it's completely impossible.

I used to really hate it, but then I thought of a fun drinking game. Each time either an alien farts or Harriet Jones introduces herself, you take a shot. I drained 3 soda with this game. I'd advise against trying it with alcohol, because that has been known to kill people.
