Puppet Master: Missy Eevee
Name: Valeri Mirra
Personality: quiet, shy. But when she does talk it's hard for her to stop. But she rarely does unless she really knows them. She can really fight when she needs to and will protect the ones she loves and is distend to protect.
Bio: Valeri is a kitten from another planet, she is not from earth, but she was sent down to train more and protect the Sailor Princesses. She might be small but she can pack a string punch when necessary.

Powers:
Flower Hurricane - Sailor Jupiter creates flurries of flower blossoms that she used to blind or agitate her opponent.
Sparkling Wide Pressure - Sailor Jupiter collects electricity in her hands or wand and sends, the round ball that is made at her target.
Zap Cannon - Sailor Jupiter sends bolts of electricity that are collected by her tiara, the star on her neck and the star on her belt. The light then forms around her and shoots in an direction or directions she wants the bolts to go.
