 The Coronation Temple and Plaza dates back hundreds of years. Located South East of the Palace near a lake, it is the ceremonial spot where new Fire Lords are crowned, and where the funerals of previous Fire Lords are held. The Fire Lords sometimes give speeches here. It serves as somewhat of a public square of the city.

Luo Agagisan rode to the back of the Coronation Plaza, entering though there. He was followed by several Fire Sages and officials. He saw that many people were already gathered at the Coronation Plaza, most of them standing in neat rows and lines. He sighed and took a deep breath. Today he was going to be Fire Lord.

Kikio and Nao were a loud in the back of the Coronation Plaza. She looked around, spotting the huge crowd of people that were already there. She hoped her family was there...

Luo Agagisan took a deep breath, then exited to the balcony, looking over his new subjects. He knew he had to come up a speech on the spot, to reflect the new reign's objectives. The crowd became silent immediately. "Greetings, my friends, my family, my soon-to-be royal subjects. Today we mourn the loss of a great friend and leader, Fire Lord Pao Nao, and welcome a new era of harmony. I am Luo Agagisan, the Hero of the Battles of Omashu and Gaoling. I am the man whom Fate brought to this plaza to be crowned as the new Fire Lord." He paused for a moment, letting the words enter the crowd's minds. "Today begins a new era of peace, prosperity, and cooperation, a not-so-distant echo of the wishes of the late Fire Lord Zuko and Avatar Aang. Today we shall make it a reality." He coughed slightly and cleared his throat. "We have gone far from the days of Sozin, when we used to use war as our primary bargaining tool. However, now we will use diplomacy and cooperation! I will send ambassadors to the other three nations to advocate peace instead of war. I will not let the horrors of war be seen again!""HAIL FIRE LORD AGAGISAN!" With that, the crowd cheered and shouted ten thousand blessings upon his name and reign. The Great Sage that was standing behind him held high the Fire Lord Headpiece for everyone to see, then stuck it onto Luo's top-knot to crown him. There, a new Fire Lord was crowned.
Luo bowed to the crowd, then turned back and exited. He called for his family, Kikio, Kikio's family, Nao, and the others to come to the palace.[exit]

Kikio smiled happily as Agagisan was crowned Fire Lord. The dark days of the Fire Nation looked almost like a distant memory now. A new era was born, and soon to bring peace to the nations. She looked over at the cheering crowds and smiled once again.

Nao grinned and clapped along with the crowd. "I'm so happy for you!" She said.

A 13-year old kid with black hair and eyes like Agagisan's ran up to Kikio and Nao. "Hey, aren't you Agagisan's girlfriend?" It was Sangjinu, Luo's brother.
A second later a young woman came up, patting Sangjinu on the head and waving to Kikio. "Long time no see." It was Agagisan's sister, Kora. "Say hi to Miss Kobayshi, Sangji."
She was followed by Agagisan's cousin on a wheelchair, Zhu Rokku. "What brings you here? Well, Agagisan told us to come into the Palace so let's go!"

Kikio smiled, "It's good to see you guys again." She replied happily then turned to Nao, "Let's go to the palace als-" "KIKIO~!" A 16-year-old girl ran up and hugged her, "I missed you!" The girl was Kikio's sister, Sakura. She laughed, "Hi Sakura, where's Daichi and Loki?" "They're coming! Can we go to the palace too?" Kikio grinned, spotting her older brothers in the distance. "Come on!" She grabbed her sister's hand then turned to Nao, "NOW we can go." She said with a grin as they headed to the palace.
