Lanterns work through out space, and thus, alien races can be played, original ones need to be approved by myself or the vice captain(s)

High Council: One arm and three legs
Lesser Beings: Same as the race they are left with.
History: Riviglas are a race of humanoid shape shifters, unlike humans they have no afterlife. But Riviglas have four times the regular human life span, this allows the race to experience many different lifestyles. Riviglas are split into two groups, the high council, and the lesser beings. The high council, lives on Rivigla 3 and sends out the lesser beings to other planets, to study life among its inhabitants. Much like superman, the lesser beings are sent before their first form. These forms allow the Rivigla child to learn from the life around him/her. A Rivigla does not shape shift like other shape shifting races. While others can shape shift at will with little to no consequence, a Rivigla only shape shifts in dire need, for when they change shape they are reborn. Riviglas tend to fix the mistakes of their past, in their next form. The high council do not use their shape shifting abilities and is is questioned if they even have the ability.
Opinion on Lanterns: High Councel think of the lanterns are just people looking for power without a care about others. Lesser Beings opinion of th lanterns verys depending on how they grow up.
