Vampires have there own goverment and rules in the modern world. Each Territory is ruled by the strongest vampire in that area. Some rule states and cities,while others rule entire countrys. Recently a Rougue Vampire has threatend the peace by declaring war on mortals. Now Vampires must decide wether or not to keep the peace or fight for dominance over humans.
