<--- The Harbor City, seen below the volcano.Located between the volcano which holds the Royal Caldera City and the Royal Plaza, this area supplies metal to build tanks, warships, and other weapons. The industrial area is also home to many criminals and workers. Zuko was seen hiring an assassin (Combustion Man) here. To get to Royal Caldera City, one must pass through Harbor City.
There are many one-story and two-story houses here, but one main road that cuts through the small town. It also has two small watchtowers.
