These are the logs found amongst the wreckage of the once fine vessel,
The Prodigy.
Many of the pages were damaged in their recovery,
some torn, a few stained with blood.
These were the words that were readable.

Smak's Log Day 1
Today the maiden voyage of The Prodigy began.
Our mission to save a Demigod from pesky vampires.
Smak feels confidant in her choice of Carl as a guide.
He is after all a successful shop owner.
Smak feels safe in her choice of crew-mates.
Hannibal Lecter seems like a very fatherly sort.
Brittany Spears can keeps us enthralled with her head shaving abilities.
Johnny the Homicidal Maniac seems like a nice young man,
handy with a knife.
And Elmo well he talks in third person which is kinda weird
and Carl seems bothered by his bright red color.

We had a good hunt, which made Brittany so happy
she slammed the door in her face.
Our first casualty of the voyage.

Smak's Log Day 2
We had a set back today when we flew over a trampoline,
We may have to lay low for awhile.
Carl was none too pleased about the mess.
On a positive note Carl and Brittany found some sassafras,
while ducking out of cleanup duty.
Smak's Log Day 3
Elmo had to pump Carl's stomach, Carl found a nest of termites.
They didn't agree with him eating them.

We lost some time when some Zeppelin Beetles tried to molest our ship.

Smak's Log Day 5
We found some Flutes,
but we lost some time due to an impromptu concert.
Everyone wanted their own solo.
The concert ended when Carl ate our flutes.
Smak's Log Day 6
The day started off badly when Carl's antlers got
caught in the ship's wheel.
Carl also managed to kill a few vampires,
unfortunately when their pockets were turned out,
we discovered a monkey's paw. Bad MoJo.

A ghost came to tell Smak her about her death,
Smak sent that punk packing.

Smak's Log Day 8
Carl was displeased with the crew.
We all stayed in our cabins while Carl took his ire
out on our stores of food.
Smak's Log Day 10
We had a fire yesterday. We had some damage.

Today, Brittany was attacked by leeches.

Haven't been able to find game to hunt.
Crew starting to grumble.
Smak's Log Day 11
Smak did a brief stint as leader of a pygmy tribe,
well only one pygmy wanted Smak to rule.
He is now the ship's gopher.

Had a talent show to boost morale.

Smak's Log Day 14
Smak had a sinking feeling that Brittany was now a Zombie.
Smak secretly took her out.
The funeral was pleasant.

Elmo nearly killed us all with a mecha suit that Carl had found.
Elmo needs watching.
Smak's Log Day 16
Food is almost non-existent.
Hunts have been unsuccessful.
Hannibal has been eying Smak a little too much.
Smak is thinking Carl looks tasty.

Johnny came down with Intestinal Parasites.
And Hannibal suffered wounds from a grenade blast.

Smak's Log Day 19
Everyone is ill from hunger.

Hannibal and Johnny died.
The funeral was cut short.
Carl was on the rampage again.
Elmo's Log Day 20
Elmo is Captain now.
Elmo ate the pygmy.
Carl attacked Elmo.
Carl abandoned ship
when he heard the call of a female.

There is some illegible scrawling and some smeared blood.
