Hi, I have one question is EV training the same as regularing leveling up training?
and if anybody wants to battle me PM. I am really looking for people to challenge

Well regular training is pretty much EV training lol. Its just that when doing EV training you want to train a certain EV instead of just fighting random pokemon. The different pokemon you beat the different EV you get.

EV training is when you fight one certain pokemon with one of your pokemon to train one specific stat (attack, sp.atk, sp.def, etc..)
