Personality: Tia is friendly with a bit of a spunky attitude. She loves challenges as well as interesting people. She is out-going, ever moving, never stopping in one place for a long period of time. She is courageous as well, not afraid, or so she claims, of anything. Very fun to be around.
Background: Tia grew up in a city called 99th, nearby Shibuya, with her mom and dad. She loves to roller blade, ever since she was taught how to long ago starting with regular skates. She practiced every day and eventually became so good she was invited to star in competitions. One day she was challenged to skate down the famous chinese dragon statue that lay in the middle of 99th, and jump off from the tail, do a trick and land. Despite her parents warnings, Tia was never one to decline a challenge and decided to try it, but failed and ultimately fell to her death. Waking up in Shibuya, she learned she had another chance to live again, and all she could think of was how much she wanted to tell her parents she was sorry. She wasn't told what her entry fee was, just that it was something rather important to her.
weapons/fighting style: She wound up in the Underground with her roller blades, so naturally she uses them to fight along with her jumping and athletic abilities. She also found and is using several pins, mostly lightning types and a slicer that makes her roller blading attack much more powerful.
