This is the housing block, that contains the Yaoikage's home, as well as several others. Generally, you will find the houses of:
S+Ranked ninjas,
Very rich individuals,
Or dear friends of the Yaoikage.
The Yaoikage's house is in the back of the block, and there are several other large houses before it.
As this is a ship, and it is inside of the ship, they're basically just extra, extra, extra large 1st class ship rooms.

They all three appeared in the center of the room, and Shane gave Sasuke a reassuring smile, although it was a bit fake, ''Don't worry. There's no way in, and everything is sound proof. Naruto raised his eyebrow, ''What are you talking about, Sasuke?'' He asked the other boy, confused. ''..Sasuke.. likes me?'' This was the least of what he expected. He saw himself as hindrance. As an annoying ir-riddance that Sasuke would have killed to get rid of. But he was wrong with this, like so many other things... But he decided to ward it off, and fakely smile, ''I came here a few months ago... With Pervy Sage... What about you?'' He asked, with an awkward tone.

He made a silent sort of ''nngh'' noise, and raised his arm up, before quickly punching Sasuke in the face, ''Stop it with this. Killing him doesn't matter, Sasuke. It's not what will bring you happiness. It won't bring you peace. Just stay with us,'' He said, with a frown. ''I lost people dear to me, too. You being one of them. But the difference between us, is that I'm not going to waste, and ruin my life getting revenge.''

When Naruto's fist met Sasuke's face, a shocked and pained expression covered his features. With a growl, he looked back at Naruto who was giving his speech. All caps on his emotions had come off by now and anger boiled as a small trickle of blood came out of his split lip. His fists clenched too and he sent a glare at the blonde.
"See?! This is why I get fed with you before! You don't understand my pain at all! My brother killed my family! My brother! You have no idea how that feels! Ugh!" Sasuke threw his fist into the wall and gritted his teeth. "I know what will make me happy and you don't! So stay out of it!" By now, Sasuke was breathing hard from all his pent up anger and his sharingan had activated as he stared at Naruto, but he made no move to hurt him or leave. Slowly, his face fell and he stood up straight, putting a hand on his face as he tried to steady his breathing. With a sigh, he lifted his hand and stared at the blonde.
"Look, just... Just stay out of it, ok?" he said calmly, returning to his blank self.

He didn't say a word. He didn't bother to. In the end, it was pointless. Maybe he had to wait for Sasuke. Maybe Itachi had to die, before things could be like before.
He simply left the house, with a large frown on his face. But Sasuke wouldn't be able to catch up, for once he left, he and Shane were both gone.
