the guild seems very well put together but...could do with much improvement
these improvements would be simply to enact but they must be put into play at once
for one, the guild is sloppy and unorganized, theres no way to navigate it efficently
second, there should be area's and a subforum for each team created by the members, for example one main city where everyone hangs out
there are many more problems and id love to help get this guild in order if the guild master sees fit to make these changes at all if not thats fine to =/ i just think the guild could be much better

Gaa! This guild is in no way sloppy, I'll have you know i worked hard on on it's order, and it is easily navigable. In fact, many people say it is easy to find all that is needed. Everything is put up in such a way that there is little difficulty finding it. The only thing we have had problems with is character creation, which is normal when people do not know the series well, and on that note, i sit down with every member who has a problem with their character and work with them.
This guild is an open world guild with no side battles. All Roleplying is apart of the main story, there is no side bar. There is no real plot. It is about what your character does in the world. All talks you have with the team, and all gathering you have are done in the actual RP. If you plan things, out, then you actually have your characters gather and plan things out.
Navigating the guild is simple, and quick, being that your character is in one place at one time. If you are in Tokyo's Air teck shop, that is the only place your character is, and it is thus the only place you need to visit. Profiles are easily placed so each gets there own topic. Roads, I will say, need reworked, but I nor the captain have had the time or extra creativity to fill in the blanks.
The only things I can say needs changed in the guild are.
The main roads need rewritten.
We need more areas for the open world(More sub forums, but that is money we don't have)
A better Profile skeleton, which I am working on
More Generic NPC profiles, which I am also working on.
And we need the places Under construction finished.
this guild is an open world RP, not a story line RP, which is why it is set up the way it is. Everything is in perfect order. We have gotten no complaints, and in fact have only been praised about it's set up. The things I brought up are in fact things that no one else has complained about, but i have noticed would help the guild as they were causing problems.
