So Adon and I took our one on one rping to pms so we didn't overwhelm the main forum with posts from just us. This is a copy of what was sent until I had to get to bed.
A summary of whats happening if you dont want to read all of it, I fell out of the tower, he broke my fall, we went back up, i asked him to become human, kissed him, and he wants to make sure i understand what I'm getting into.
Braag jumped out of the tower transforming into his dragon form, he sped after Chelsea slowly catching up to her. he beat his wings faster and faster until they felt like they were gonna rip off, he then closed his wings to gain as much speed as possible to catch up to her, the ground loomed closer and closer he pushed his body to its limits and just before she hot the ground he was able to get under her as he hit the ground with tremendous speed. he felt very painful and slowly opened one eye to see Chelsea safe and unharmed he breathed a sigh of relief and said "don't ever do that again" he said licking her cheek then her hand cleaning the wound from her grip, when he stopped licked her hand the wound healed on its own but his body ached very much from the impact.
Chelsea had shut her eyes as tight as she could as she fell from the tower not wanting to know how close she was to death. When she finally opened her eyes again she looked around breathing hard and frightened. She had barely even registered Braag licking her cheek or hand. Looking at her healed hand her body started shaking from the shock and she started hitting the dragon weakly amount to the same as a baby tapping someone.
"I hate you. I hate you I hate you I hate you I..."
She didn't really hate Braag and it was obvious in her voice that there was no truth behind those words. Sobs wracked her body as she stopped talking and just crumpled against him covering her face with her hands.
"If... If you didn't... Why would you save me? Braag... I don't understand."
Braag lifted his head and looked her at her sobbing, he sighed and said "does it matter? your safe thats all that matters to me right now" he said wrapping his wings around her comfortingly, shielding her from the outside world. his heart was racing from her falling, his breath was shaky. braag thought for a moment as he thought about his words and he said to her "the reason i saved you chelsea..." he said nudging her cheek to have her look at him "is because i care for you more than anything" he said watching her.
Chelsea moved her hands away from her face when Braag nudged her cheek and looked at him from one eye to the other. Her body wasn't shaking as bad as before with his wing over her. She didn't really know what to say to him or how to react. While still trying to think of what to do she reached out her hand to press against Braags face as her crying slowed then stopped. Looking around them to see if anyone was around she spoke barely above a whisper.
"Can we go back up there? I have something I still need to get across to that man from before."
Braag chuckled and said "if that is what you wish Chelsea" as he slowly got up and lifted her onto his back. he flew up into the nest again and let her off, he then transformed back into his human fom and looked at her saying "now what would you like with this side of me hm?" he said curiously.
Chelsea stayed near the entrance looking out at her home while Braag transformed. When he was done and spoke she turned around and walked towards him. Seeing him as a man again brought back some of the irritation from before but not much. When she was close enough she brought her hand up like she was going to smack him again but rested it gently against his cheek and kissed him bringing her other arm to rest along his shoulder. Looking him in the eye after kissing him she spoke quietly.
"Thats what I wanted with this side. It's a little hard to do that to a dragon. Braag, I went everything that I said before. I'm sorry you've felt alone, but your not. And haven't been for some time now."
Braag was surprised at what happened next, he listened to Chelsea and smiled, "i guess it is hard to kiss a dragon" he said looking her in the eyes. he heard her other sentence and sighed, "among all the races Chelsea dragons are the ones most feared amon for our aggressive nature and willingness to destroy, when i say we are alone i mean it in a sense that even among many immortals i am seen as a destructive rampaging dragon" he said seeing her about to protest and covered her mouth saying "but, that doesn't give people the right to judge by appearences alone" he said lifting her chin up to look him directly in the eyesand he said "if this is the path you choose you must understand there will be hardships ahead of you Chelsea are you sure you want me? a killer and betrayer of my own race?" he saidmaking sure she was serious about him.
Moving his hand away from her mouth so she could speak she linked her fingers with his. Taking a deep breath and letting it out with a chuckle she shook her head slowly before looking at him again.
"If you think I make this decision rashly then you haven't gotten to know me very well, Braag. You are not the same dragon that you were before. Even in the time I have known you you have changed. When I first came here would you have ever imagined that you would lick the cheek of a Fey? I'm betting not. If it will put you at ease tell me what happened back then. Tell me your whole story and see if my decision will change then."
