History:
Matsuo has had a rough life. His father getting in a horrible accedent when he was only four years old. When he went into middle school he started theropy and did not talk until 8th grade. He had a mental breakdown and was sent to a mental hospital the same year. The following year he met the girl of his dreams and after a few months later he lost her. This devestated him, as he went into a spiraling into a deep depression. His mother got into a argument with his father and left a few months after his 18th birthday. His personality has changed drasticly since his childhood. Because he never talked to anyone and now he is kinda outgoing. But he is still shy around girls. But he has one defining quality about him now. If he sees something he wants he will strive to get it. No matter how difficult the task to get what he wants he will get it no matter what the costs. The Scar on his face was from a bad fight over which song was better. Although he did win his fight. He has gained respect and is feared over the years. Not because of his fight, because of his temper and emotionally unstable. Snapping at the littlest things. But He has one weakness. Women, he cannot harm one no matter how mad he is. Some women have tried to take advantage of this but he simply ran away from them before they could do any real damage to him. Nowadays he simply runs around, alone, looking for love and a purpose. With his guns that his father had given him and his jet black katana at his side he fights to find out the meaning of life itself. He has a job at his local hospital taking out trash and picking up dirty linen. On occasion he will help others clean the hospital, like the ER, The OR, and even the ICU (intencive care unit), and on rare occasions the recovery rooms. He takes his vacation time to fight and travel around.

Road: The Over Road's principle lies in the windmill theory - it compresses wind to form walls of air. Its strength grows with the strength of the wind it faces, as a strong wind can be compressed even further. The Hurricane Road is a fusion of the Wing and Over Roads; it combines both tricks and philosophies of both roads and incorporates the design of both original regalia.

Waves:
By alternating the feet through inward and outward pushes the user of this ability increases their acceleration speed tremendously so long as they remain in a straight line; however, this move allows for the user to easily pull out of this speed increase in case of sudden needs to stop or turn.
Tornado:
Rotating the body as fast as one can, this ability causes a great increase in hitting power, making that any strike made while this ability is in use is far more damaging. Often times the user will stick out their arm or a weapon of some sorts to hit the opponent, but othewrise, it just looks kinda cool due to the blurting effect it makes. It does, however, leave one dizzy after use, making it hard from them to retain balance.
The Box:
Racing around a single point, this skill causes the user to continuously pick up speed while slowly drawing near the target.This causes a great pull on the body, meaning to remain in the proper line around the opponent, the user of the ability must remain focused on the goal, else he would lose the line and go off in some odd direction; however, if successful, the user can hit the target with a far more powerful punch that has come so suddenly from such an angel they are left lest likely to bock.
The Slide:
While maintaining a high speed, the user of this ability drops to a sudden slide across the ground. This move is a distraction as the user plows into the target, causing it to topple over with more difficulty getting up; while, they remain in a position that require little efort to return to a stand.
Skull Crusher:
the user of this ability simply jumps into the air at full speed, tossing their body into a spin, as they near the they kick out with their leg. It deals a devastating blow, but is difficult to land without at least being left off balance.
