It's a program. 'Specially for art. n___n
I used PS to colour this other pic just like, an hour ago. Another pic of this dude, in fact.
PS is NOT good for colouring, imo. Dx

I figured that sweatdrop . You have to be REAL good at Photoshop to color it.

Well, I say PS is recommended for cel-type shading stuffs, since watercolour effects absolutely SUCK on it.
I shouldn't even be commenting on that. All I have right now is Photoshop Elements 2.o.
I love watercolour effects. So yeah. <3
And I'm not patient enough to do cel shading. n___n;;

Yeah. It takes a crap load of patience for photoshop. I only do a succesful project every 3 weeks.

i would rather use a pencil, paper, inking pen, and markers and colered pencils over a computer program.. unless i was really good with

Skin looks a bit discoloured; probably because of the overlapping.
