Okay, the theme is Summer and, of course, Hetalia. I'll give 15k and a random cool item to the winner and will be judging based on creativity and overall awesomeness. You can use what ever form of art you want (drawing, painting, sewing, cosplay, video, etc.) just make sure if comes out clearly. I'll pick a winner around September 15, 2010 (or when there are enough enteries).
