I would like to advertise my guild:

This is a very dark guild, where life has pretty much gone to hell. People are going insane, gangs run amok, and no one can escape, since a sudden quarantine has been put in effect. All law enforcement has crumbled, leaving all innocents to either join in the slaughter or be slaughtered themselves. There is no way of escaped, caged on the island city with the animals.

But that is not all. Regular people are suddenly wandering around with powers. And the quarantine happened JUST AFTER a blast of energy went off. Random civilians have begun disappearing, and the gangs are becoming miniatures of the Mafia or Yakuza, growing and growing as more and more people are gone...
