You'd think that this would be the best complaint ever, wouldn't you?
My MyFitnessPal page is complaining at me that I need to eat more calories today, but I have no appetite!

Any suggestions on what I can do about this?

My local food co-op has these health-food things called "energy chunks", which are cubes of nuts and seeds and... dried fruit and whatever, and those (probably?) have a high calorie intake -- though I don't know if that's a local thing or if it's everywhere.

Read your nutrition labels, find out what has more calories without being perfectly awful for you, and find occasions to snack on that throughout the day!
