Ian walked into the cabin. He put all of his stuff on his bunk bed and left the cabin. I think I'll "explore" the camp, he thought. He'd heard that there was a stable with Pegasi. That's not something you see every day.

Back from the Pegasi stable, Ian decided to rest. He went over to his bunk bed, but he couldn't go to sleep.

Once again, Ian left the cabin and headed for the camp areas. He thought he was the only one, but then he saw some luggage on the other bunks. Looks like I have some roommates. And those roommates happen to be my half-brothers and sisters, he thought before leaving the cabin.

As Ian was walking to Astraios cabin, he thought of the girl he met at the armory, Aundrea. I wonder if she's still in Hermes, he thought. They'd only talked for a few minutes, though. He couldn't stop thinking about her though. Wait, what was he thinking!? He'd just met her, and he didn't even know her that much. All he knew about her was that her name and that she was accident prone. But still....

As long as he was there, he might as well unpack. He hadn't brought anything other than his clothes and about 30 books. He was a very fast reader, so they wouldn't last long. He set them up on a shelf but, not surprisingly, he had somehow managed to knock them all down, including the Shelf.

Ian Zanders: Son of Astraios
He spent about half an hour sitting there, trying to concentrate. He couldn't stop thinking about Aundrea, though. Once again, he was being stupid! She was probably seeing someone else. He'd do the only thing that made him forget about everything and just relax. Reading wouldn't work, he couldn't go to sleep, so he would try flying again.
