Alturis landed at the cave and transformed into his human form looking around at the beauty. he sighed and sat down closing his eyes, he slowly drifted off to sleep and started to dream about his past. he saw his family and them comning home from the meeting they were at, he was running out to see them when all of a sudden the sky darkened and he heard a pericing screech peirce the air, he looked up and saw a black dragon decending upon his family. as he dreamed his nightmares decended farther into hell, with hime battling over his emotions, the ice around on the ground was rising into the air and just floating from the power struggle between his past and present self.

Aoi finally arrived at the cave, breathless from the running. "Alturis! Alturis!" she yelled into the mouth of the cave. She started to walk inside and was in awe since this was her first time at the caves

Alturis felt the queens power wash over him as he slowly gained consience. he woke up screaming and looked around seeing Aoi close by and started breathing heavily, sweat pouring off him. he sat up against the wall of ice trying to control his breathing, he looked at Aoi and said "so you even were able to elude the guards huh? stubborn as always Aoi, thats what i like about you" he said panting heavily, his whole body shaking out of fear.

She ran to his side and knelt down. "I dont need to guards to look over me, oh and they think i committed suicide." she said trying to ease the mood. She ripped a piece of her shirt off and dabbed it across his forehead, getting the sweat. "Dont worry. Im here for you." she said in a calm and soothing voice for him. She then took his shirt off since it was drenched in sweat and laid it out in the sun, "Sorry, you might sick from wearing that." she said and dabbed his body of the sweat. After she was done, Aoi sat down next to him and held him close, caressing his body in her arms "Its ok Alturis. Ive got you." she said in the same sweet voice, trying to calm him down.

Alturis slowly calmed his breath but, beacaise he was a dragon once something like this happens they come down with a fever, and he leaned on Aoi saying "here babe i cane get us back to the castle but after that i need to" he said a fit of caughing horrendisly "ugh, as i was saying once i get back i need to go rest, once we get back go to the Kendra and ask her about my past, you need to know what happened" he said slowly getting up and transforming into his dragon form to allow Aoi on his back.

She was shocked at how sick he was and didnt get on him. "Im not going anywhere." she said "I'll find out about you past later. Im more worried about you. Lets stay here until your better then I'll go." she said and stayed put. Aoi planted herself in the cave and waiting for him to be by her side again

Alturis narrowed his eyes but decided to not to and transformed into his human form. he slowly walked over towards Aoi, he went to sit down when his legs gave out landing on top of Aoi. he got up and said "sorry my fever isn't going to get better just by sitting here, but i might be able gain some strength back if we sit here long enough" he said leaning against the wall and laying his head on Aoi's shoulder and closing his eyes, enjoying her comapany. by this point he could barley understand what he was saying and before he blacked out he said "aoi....marry...me" and kissed her on the lips then blacked out from his exhaustion.

Kendra walks into the cave slowly. She looks at them not making a sound but before she gets close she spoke to Aoi"Aoi hold him. I am going to do what I can to get that fever down. Where is the healer when we need her"She kneels beside them and places a hand over his brow"Poor Alturis"

Aoi stared into the space in front of her, speechless and astonished. A feeling stirred in her stomach that she couldnt tell what it was. "Marry...you?" she whispered then snapped back to the real problem. She placed a hand on his head, burning hot and she yanked back. Placing his head on her lap and dabbing the sweat from his forehead while trying to ice it every one in awhile, which only melted off as quickly as she did it. "Alutris...." she whispered and bent down, kissing him passionately trying to catch his fever. Then sat up waiting for time to past with her hands on him.

Kendra smiles at her daughter then touches her hand"I am proud of you my child."She then closes her hands. Water forms over her hands and she places one over his his brow and the other over his heart. The water seeks into his skin and cools him off.She would have to teach her daughter this so next time she could do this for Alturis

Alturis' fever goes down and his eyes flutter open, he sees the queen and chuckles saying "mmm so you had to come save me again huh Kendra?" he says caughing lightly, taking some breaths. he then looks at Aoi and says " Kendra i need you to do me a favor, please tell Aoi about...about my past, about my family, she needs to know that much" as his eyes close again, his body starting to recover.

Kendra smiles"Aoi did most of the work. Had she been able to learn this she would of been able to do the rest"She kept it up"I will but remember Alturis I only know what you shared with me in the water trance..."She looks at aoi

Aoi looked at them in curiosity "Im ready to know the truth." she stated and waited for the story to be told, holing Alturis close to her

Kendra sighs"Long ago when I was a child I was with my mother and we found Alturis who was dying. Without thinking I healed him and since he was in the water we shared a bond and watertrance and I saw his past"Her eyes looked sad"His family was coming home from a meeting and he ran to see them. He loved his family and they him....They were the guardian of the water...In a way our kind teachers...His family were killed by a dark dragon...And it nearly killed him. He faught and that fighting saved his life and the water within him lead him to us to be saved"
