Mumei waited for her opponent, goal in mind to become the strongest captain she can be... as she was thinking she had herself an ice cream cone, half finished.

Kyrlancello appeared 10 feet behind Mumei without making a sound (not a shunpo. his unique technique) and waited for her to finish the icecream. She could feel his reiatsu there if she wanted but it was at a human level

Mumei stood up after finishing the last bite of ice cream, "Hello Kyrlancello I've heard a lot bout' you" she smiled and turned to face him, her hand on her zanpaktou. "Shall we begin?"

"i'm flattered. although you probably heard of me as a b@stard. and if that is your wish then let it be this way" he said while taking a stance but not unsheathing his swords yet. He still kept his reiatsu as low as possible without making it undetectable and focused it into his legs and palms

Mumei laughed and drew her sword, "Now tell me, would you like me to make the first move? or would you rather?" she took a stance of her own...

"you can attack first as i already made my first move" he said without changing his stance. He prepared the reiatsu in his legs for a sudden speed burst

Mumei smirked "Here goes" she charged toward him, then appeared behind him, sword in hand, she quickly aimed a blow for the right side of his back...

The cut went through his back easily. Too easily. He appeared behind her with a strike aimed in the center of her back. Combining shunpo and his burst allowed him to leave an afterimage easily and attack from behind with his fists which now carried a heavy load of reiatsu made to create a blast on impact

Mumei twisted but was a bit too late, the blow knocked the wind out of her, stopping her breathing for merely moments, she turned around and swung a punch at him, toward his face... her own reietsu slowly increasing.

The punch went cleanly through the afterimage but once he stopped he rubbed the tip of his chin. She was close this time. Maybe he shouldn't make the blast this weak and make it a full fledged explosion that would cripple her insides. Deciding he musn't underestimate her he unsheather his left sword and prepared for another attack. He always preffered to defend than to attack

Mumei looked at him, quickly plotting a way to take him down... she decided to toy with him for a bit instead, she clutched her sword and hacked at his chest, in a possition to easily defend herself from any of his attacks.

He parried the attck with the left sword while sending a burt of reiatsu to his arm's muscles so he could knock her sword away. She took a good stance to defend. He nodded to his thoughts and unsheathed his right sword and made a swirl with it

Mumei slid back, still in the same position, she recollected her thoughts, and again charged after him, she chanelled her own reietsu into her zanpaktou, then swinging it at his spinning sword... attempting to stop it.

Kyrlancello recieved the attack on the sword happy that she decided to stop a meaningless spin rather than watching out for the left hand with which he performed a stab aimed at her swordarm shoulder

She grinned deviously, as her diversion was useful, she grabbed knives from her back pocket and quickly threw them at Kyrlancello's fist, which was heading toward her faster than expected...
