This is the bowels of the ship, and there are many intricate gadgets and pipes that make up the room. As you enter you see a brief shadow scampering out of the corner of your eye, possibly a gremlin, but as you turn to look, steam hisses and obscures your vision for a moment. This room is very noisy, much noisier than the tavern, and you have a feeling that perhaps you should wear some sort of ear and eye protection here. A wrench flies through the air and you add hard hat to that list of protection...

''No, I am not miserable.'' Selter walked into the engine room, holding the boxes, with black feathers swimming around his body. They shot outwards, devouring the gremlins, allowing him to not have to lift a finger. He then found a spot to hide in, amongst the filthy, noisy cables, machines, and other things, where he pulled some of the food out, and slowly nibbled on it. But he didn't hide in fear of him being caught, he hid because he just wanted to be alone. However, after spotting a little note amongst the boxes of food, he grabbed it, and began to read it. It was asking for a check-up for.. a disease, possibly? Something similar..? But he didn't care for that. What struck him was the seeming words, leading to what could be believed, as rape. As a continuous victim himself, hearing such things.. made him feel guilty. A strong guilt struck him, for he had just possibly ruined the day of someone.. alot like himself. But, happier. He could tell. And it brought him back, to.. how is it that everyone could be happy, but not himself? He one day wished to find someone with a similar situation to himself. And he finally did, but he's happy? He's not a broken piece of s**t crawling on the streets, doing anything for another day of living? How was it that everyone was so different than himself.. ''Lifeless husks can't feel such a thing.''

Katami opened the door to the engine room, Sen having sensed the chakra coming from here.
"Hey!" he called in, "Kata-chan wants those meals back so that Master's friend won't lose trust in him!"
He chewed his lip as he walked further into the room, he never had been in an engine room before and it was a bit scary.
"Just give them back to Kata-chan," he said, his voice breaking, "He promised to do a good job."

''No, I am not miserable.'' He heard the boy, and frowned slightly, ''That's life. Promises must be broken. Trust must be lost. And then it must be built back up. But, maybe you aren't ready for that life, yet. You're not strong enough. I can tell. So..'' He disappeared from his location, and appeared next to Katami, black feathers floating about, ''Here you go,'' He said, handing out the boxes. There was one missing, but he didn't feel like explaining that one of them was his lunch for today, so instead, to lure the boys attention away, ''Shadow of Spirit,'' He said, as several gremlins disintegrated. After giving the boy the boxes, he focused chakra into his hands, and the shadow drew back, before turning into a white, golden trimmed plate, with the picture of a golden rose in the center, ''Something to eat on, I suppose,'' He said, with a sigh. ''Lifeless husks can't feel such a thing.''

He stared at the plate, before looking up at the man, "But if Kata-chan breaks promises then he isn't any better than that one and his servant, the two we can never forgive." he said defiantly, "And Kata-chan promised Master that we would never lose sight of that."
In his mind, he felt Sen's silent agreement to those words.
He hugged the bento boxes, "Thank you. Kata-chan will repay you one day."
Giving a last smile, he ran out and headed back to the medical center.

''No, I am not miserable.'' He laughed, ''Repay me? Thanks for the lunch, kid,'' He said, slightly curious at who 'that' one was. His rapist? Antagonizer? Slaver? Who knows. But clearly someone the boy had problems with. The one who would haunt his past. However, the Shadow of Spirit wasn't any normal plate. It was actually a spirit of faith, that aided the holders of it, in their dreams. And although it may have looked easy to do, Selter couldn't help but pass out, on the cold floor. ''Lifeless husks can't feel such a thing.''

''No, I am not miserable.'' A few hours passed, and Selter woke up, swearing at his uncomfortable body. He sat up, ignoring his pained ribs, and neck, and walked out of the Engine Room, towards his home. ''Lifeless husks can't feel such a thing.''

Katami entered the engine room, "Hello?" he called, "Kata-chan is looking for a small kitten? Maybe he wandered in here..."
He chewed his lip as he walked inside, his green eyes darting around to see if there was anything out of place.
