We're going back in time... Why you ask? Because this will give everyone a chance to either make new characters, keep your old ones, or simply kill off everything in the vaguest/least violent way possible. >83
Alrighty... lets get started...
Redbay's pack has experienced quite the change. Harthorn had nearly demanded help from Redbay and her brother Rowan, and they couldn't turn him down. It seemed Redbay had forseen it though, having set up plans ahead of time. She handed the entire pack down to Eirwyn, trusting her the most responsible, or perhaps the most capable. She asked many others to stay at her side and help her in any way she needed.
As for Akuma's pack, it seems to have grown slightly as well. A new wolf showed up and was oddly enough excepted. As for the injured, their woulds had healed as well, and they were up and about. Akuma seemed to rule the pack quite fiercely while still letting them do as they please.
However, things are about to change. About a week has past, The land is peaceful, still hidden deep away where no human would dare go. The land is generous, lots of prey and little hardships. The two packs still have yet to encounter each other, though they have changed. The calm before the storm is about to end. Literally. There's a scent of ozone and rain in the air. A storm's coming... and coming strong. History is about to repeat itself... only on a greater scale. It's simple really, a flood... Redbay's den, already close to the river, will be wiped out, it's members scattered and lost. Some of them forever. Akuma's pact doesn't fair much better. So... Find your old pack mates, or new ones. Make new alliances, honor old ones.... This is a whole new life.

Alsafi was not happy as she dragged herself up the overflowing riverbank. Or not riverbank... the riverbank, as far as she knew, was still completely underwater. She was not happy in the least. She was wet. And cold, and hungry, and she was pretty sure she'd have a heck of a lot of bruises come morning. The last thing she remembered was bending down for a nice, refreshing drink of water and then tumbling head over heel in a mad rush of water, rocks, and, at one point, an equally furious squirrel. Needless to say, that had completely ruined her mood. She gave herself a vicious shake, dislodging as much water as she could and making the thick black fur along her neck and shoulders stick up in spikes, before taking a look at her surroundings. It was only then that she realized that she had no idea where she was. Just how far had she been washed away?! There was nothing for it... she'd just have to find shelter and figure out where she was later. Preferably when she was less wet. With a deeply annoyed huff, she began making her way through the undergrowth towards higher ground.

Whisper
-Rowan im forever in your debt-
Whisper shivered as he felt raindrops run along his soaked fur, his eyes peering into the water, the thing that had seperated him from his sister so many months ago. His mate, Rowan had yet to return to his rightfull side, this had made Whisper insane, but he had grown to use it as a strength he had to be as strong as Rowan had been. He let out a sigh, as his eye caught sight of a black and white wolf. Hmmm friend or foe, im not so sure about that one. He thought to himself before he looked back towards the sky. He was trying to think what his rowan would do in a situation like he was in. He grinned and walked down from the hill he was standing on walking in the direction of where he say the black and white wolf coming from. He should warn Eirwyn or anyone else in their pack, but the rain had made it much harder to locate any of the wolves from his pack. He growled under his breathe but saw the other wolf in the distance. " Ruff ruff.. wait... " He shook his head and smiled. He barked at the wolf, atleast he thought it was a bark. " Hey wolfie, you alright?" He asked trying to seem friendly.
-And you are forever in my heart-

Alsafi Alsafi immediately spun around to face.... a small white wolf? Had she eyebrows, one would have risen in confusion. Had she ended up in someone else's territory? She gave her head a minute shake to clear it. "Yeah... I'm fine. Or I will be." He seemed nice enough. Maybe he knew where here was.... unless he'd been washed away in the storm surge too... That would be unfortunate. "I don't suppose you know where we are or whose territory this is?" she asked. It would suck if she had been washed away into an unfriendly pack's land. Not everyone was indifferent towards lone wolves...All she really wanted was to be out of the rain... The rain... That must have been why she hadn't smelled the little wolf before she had seen him.

Whisper
-Rowan im forever in your debt-
Whisper raised an eyebrow noticing that the female wolf was friendly, this was a nice change of events. He waited and watched her, to see if she was trying to full him. She seemed truthfull enough so he spoke again. " Well its wet out here, i .. think i can find my way back to the den.. if its there this storm hit out of no where.. so ive been stranded." He said with a sigh. He wondered where in the world he was, he just knew he would get sick if he stayed out in the rain for to long. He sat down and looked towards the water, there were small lines of water just running around on the ground. " Well, if im sure of it, this is Eirwyns, or Redbays land.. not sure what to call it really. Im part of the pack that owns this land. One of the nice packs to, never like to really harm anyone." He said with a grin before he moved his head for her to follow him. The rain was still coming down, who knows how long it would be before the whole place flooded over. His were starting to get sore from the cold of the rain. He stopped and then howled. The howl couldn't even be heard over the rain he sighed. " I don't know if ill be able to find the den soon, so if you catch sight of anything that can provide us some cover id be happy to hear that." He said with a wide grin looking back at her. Then his eyes went wide. " My manners, im sorry Im Whisper, i used to be third in command, or atleast i liked to think that." He said grinning very wide before he started to walk again.

Alsafi
Alsafi blinked. 'Like to think he was third'? What was that supposed to mean? Had the ranks in his pack recently changed or something? And was Eirwyn or Redbay the alpha? "Nice to meet you Whisper. I'm Alsafi." At least she'd been washed to friendly territory. She began to follow, noticing all over just how small the white wolf was. She easily had him beat in size. "If you can't find your den, perhaps some high ground would be just as good." While shelter was nice, she had no desire to get caught in another flood. She glance over her should at the flood waters. The worst appeared to be over, but with the rain still falling there was no way to be sure. Better safe than sorry in her opinion.

Whisper
-Rowan im forever in your debt-
Whisper glanced seeing the path to where he thought the den was, was washed away. He whined and then looked back towards Alsafi. He held back a soft giggle and then sat. " My pleasure, most the group calls me pinecone beacuse im crazy.. but you can stick.. wait i already told you im Whisper.. sorry." He said with a smile. He wondered why so many wolve's names were so.. difficult to pronounce. He grinned and then looked around. ".. i think we will go back to the hill i was on.. i think.. wait its all coming back to me, the flood hit while i was seperated from the pack.. i was hunting for fish.. well fishing for them. The water started to bolt down from the sky and i knew to get to high ground.. i don't even know if the dens still there.. and what about the others.. " He took in a deep breathe to keep from crying. He walked by her giving Alsafi a half smile then went back towards where they had came from. The hill was near the waters edge, but it hadkept him safe from the water. The rain continued to dribble down his small body as he continued to walk. " im not sure if i should tell you this.. but it seems like its just me and you.. and This pack belonged.. to Eirwyn, Redbay and Rowan had left to go help their parents.. they haven't returned to my knowledge." He said with a smile trying to seem tough.

Alsafi
So her new... acquaintance... was crazy? And a pinecone. That explained more than it didn't, surprisingly. And his alphas were Rowan and Redbay but they left it to Eirwyn. It seemed to Alsafi that they then needed to find said Eirwyn. She gave her sopping fur another shake. That would have to wait till the rain ended though. With all the wet, it was impossible to pick up any scents. It even seemed to muffle the sound. A glance at the Whisper showed that the pinecone wasn't doing as well as his smile suggested. He had to be soaked to the bone and completely miserable... not to mention worried about his pack too... Alsafi frowned before breaking out into a reassuring grin. "No worries. We'll find them. Let's get out of the rain first though." she gave him a nudge towards the thickly wooded hill she had originally been making for.

Whisper
-Rowan im forever in your debt-
Whisper looked back towards Alsafi and nodded seeing her hill she wanted to go to. Much better protected from the rain, but yet still a hill. He started towards the hill and then nodded trying to toughen up. " I just hope they are.. " He said with a smile back towards her trying to recollect what little power he still hade. His skin twitched at the cold rain as it continued to hit onto him. He wondered who this Alsafi was. " Alsafi, did you know Redbay or Rowan?" He asked, when he said her name he pronounced it slowly so not to screw it up. He started up the hill the trees and shrubs already stopping most of the rain from hitting him on the skin. He found a heavily leaved tree and sat under it. He thought about Rowan, wondering if he would ever get to see his mate again. He sighed and then glanced back up to Alsafi. " ey.. if your cold, you can snuggle with me. Its fine by me. " He said trying to seem poliete with the offer before he laid down under the tree close to the trunk.

Alsafi
Alsafi promptly plopped down beside Whisper and snuggled close. He looked like he needed he warmth more than she did and she didn't mind sharing. It was kinda nice to have someone to talk to after so long anyway. Squirrels were horrible conversationalist. Especially when you were trying to eat them... "Never heard of them before you mentioned them." she said apologetically, while suppressing a smile at Whisper's slow way of saying her name. Surely it wasn't that hard? All-Safi. Only two syllables. "But I usually avoid packs so I probably wouldn't have known about them anyway." Well... that wasn't strictly true. She knew where the packs were and whether they were likely to try to rip out her throat or not, but she didn't often try to remember any names. And this place was completely new to her. "Have they been gone long?"

Whisper
-Rowan im forever in your debt-
Whisper let out a sigh of relief as Alsafi laid beside him. The warmth of his body started to rise, thankfully making him be at a comfortable temperature. He then sighed when he heard she never heard of them. " Oh well that sucks.. i was being hopefull." He said with a smile. He couldn't believe how hard he had to struggle to pronounce her name. Wasen't it like ale-salf-i. He laughed nibbling on one of his paws. " Oh well thats okay, i was a loner once, then Eirwyn found me, then my mate and i meet, and he tried to kill me thinking i was trying to claim the land away from him.. it was funny.. i mean them.. not him.." He blushed looking away thinking quickly. " Yeah they have been gone awhile i think.. im not sure.. i kinda lost time there for awhile." He said awkwardly trying to seem like nothing had happened, and he had not slipped up his mates gender. He wanted to try and keep that secret from someone he had just meet. He nibbled between his claws on his toes, something being itchy in between them. " So, how long have you been alone? Its hard traveling alone, if you want if i can find Eirwyn again you can fine help with us." He said growling at his toes shoving the whole paw in his mouth nibbling on the whole thing now.

Alsafi
Alsafi blinked as she watched Whisper shove his entire paw into his mouth. That was.... odd. She glanced down at her own white toes. Wait... had he called his mate a 'he'? She gave a mental shrug. Oh well... if he was a pinecone then why not have a male mate to boot? Who was she to judge? He was rather effeminate anyway, with his lily white fur and small size. She had no doubt that he could be downright adorable if he wanted to. "I've been roaming since I was a little under a year old." she answered. "It hasn't been so bad." In all honesty, she wasn't sure if she was ready to settle down in one place... Call it wanderlust, but there were places she still hadn't seen. No need to get tied down to a pack... at least not yet. "I'd be happy to help you find your pack." It wasn't like she had much else to do at the moment. Best to save the traveling for after the flood waters had gone down and everything was dry again.

Whisper
-Rowan im forever in your debt-
Whisper looked over to Alsafi and grinned around his paw. " uh ou or ing.." He said giggling before he remembered his paw was in his mouth. He took it out for a second. " You poor thing, that must be horrible, i always liked wandering but its to dangerous for my tastes." He put the paw back in his mouth and growled biting at it harder, it was really itchy. He smiled again and then looked towards her. " Ank ou." His paw continued to itch and bite it more and more untill it finally went away. He took it out of his mouth and then grinned. " My paw didn't taste that bad.. just dirty." He said with a soft giggle putt his head ontop of Alsafi. He then closed his eyes. He wondered where she had come from to begin with. He then itched his neck, something must of gotten on him, he was very itchy. " Have you ever found yourself attracted to someone before?" He asked trying to be alittle nosey.

Alsafi
Whisper had to be one of the oddest wolves she had ever met. She grinned at him. "Like I said, it wasn't too bad. I like seeing the sights and you meet some pretty cool people." she could have gone on to tell him about a certain squirrel that was bent on world domination, but that was a tail for another time. "And sure have." Had she ever acted on it... nah... Attracted she might have been, but she knew the difference between that and love. "You?" She never thought she'd be talking about her love life to a pinecone she'd just met during a rainstorm after getting washed down a flooded river. Life was just full of surprises.

Whisper
-Rowan im forever in your debt-
Whisper nodded it probley was alot of fun to just be able to wander around, but it had to get so lonely. " Pretty cool people, sounds fun, ill have to take that up when i get older." He said with a smile. He laughed at here, who hasn't been attracted to another wolf. He then laughed and then thought she was a silly goof. He then nodded. " Well i have a mate so i suppose ive been atrracted to someone before." he said with a grin before he itched his neck again. He then bite into one of the rear paws that were itching him. " grr. dumb ings." He growled out to his paw and nibbled on it. He was about to tear them off.
