Personality: nice, likes to help, enjoys making friends but gets angered over little things

History:Ikoi was a normal kid before he was killled by a seriel killer his only regret was not having enough power to save his family, once he had passed into the soul society and after having spent time with his new adoptive family he ran into the woods to get stroger after his sister was kidnaped.During those years he grew stronger and smarter but in vein, when he returned to his family he learned that his sister was found dead in a ditch in the eastern rukon district, filled with rage Ikoi let all of his reiatsu pour out freezing his home and the surounding area solid. It was captain hitsugaya who took Ikoi to the sereitei after finding out that it was he that froze part of the rukon distict, once he had been taken to the sereitei Ikoi began his soul reaper training eventualy discovering his zanpakto and taking a captainship position in the 3rd division.

1. ice tornado: during bankai not only does ikoi have control of ice but also of wind and can use them simultaniosly or apart.
2. Ice dome:two halfes burst seperatly from ground and enclose Ikoi this is Ikoi's ultimate defense
3. ice rain: a single bolt of ice shot into the air and disperses into a 1000 needles and rain down onto the enemy.
4.Ice barage: the ground of the entire battle feild freezes and begin to shot multiple ice bolts into the air

Personality: Roken is a little coy, she likes to be sly and devious, but she still shows respect for her team and her captain, just in her own special way. She is very prideful, and rough around the edges at moment, she also does have a temper.
History: Roken was born on the high seas, a ship mate to a famous pirate ship that would travel the world and steal without being caught. Though some how she was reconized on land and was shot down for being who she was.
When she got into soul society She started out in the lowest of the low areas, stealing running, it was all fun to her until she grew up and everyone around her, all her friends were either dead of so corrupted that they should be dead. Due to Rokens's strange spiritual energy she was able to enter the academy with little trouble and proceeded to excel through the classes without much trouble. Other the the occasional stuck up student who would try to challenge her, in order to kick her out.
Originally she was accepted as a member of the 11th squad for her abillity to fight and her rough personaility, but she soon discovered that her talent for using the elements was far stronger and was then tranfered to the 13th squad in which she worked hard to be the Vice captain for.
Likes: feeling the wind, Sea salt tafy, training, defeating hollows, sake
Dislikes: hang overs, paper work, incompatence, ditzy people.

She will often day dream of her time on the sea before she was killed.

Two twin fans with a beautiful hand painted chinese style dragon that with travel from one fan to the other during battle. Along with sharp metal Kunai at the end of the fans

Shikai Ability #1:
Whip lash: A powerful explosion of wind shoots forth from Roken's body, when enemys are attacking they are immediatly thrown back, along with possibly cuts in them bedpending on how close they got and how powerful they are
Shikai Ability #2:
With a slashing motion Roken can send powerful gusts of wind at the enemy with power enough to cut through several thick tree trunks within seconds

Bankai Description:
Appearance

Roken's hair seems to melt into a deep black color, a powerful tornadeo seems to engulf her only to stop moments later with Roken appearance completely changed, HEr face painted, her fans different, her new outfit fitting her perfectly.
Roken can now control the air around the battle feild at will, Most of the time a strong wind will blow against the enemy throwing debree and other such things into the path to further weaken his struggle against her.
Bankai Ability #1:
Geisha's song: Combineing her fans together she gives a mighty sweep from side to side to release a powerful tornadeo, this tornadeo sucks up and destroys everything in its path and makes to suck up the enemy, once done so it is as if thousands of blades are slashing the victim sucked up. Though at the same time a song of the sirens is being sung about their demise, the song of such beauty no man has been said to resist it.
Bankai Ability #2:
Dragon's rage: The dragon that once moved from fan to fan could be seen climbing up Roken's body to her head, once there her eyes slit and she is able to breath a giant lick of flames, though that is only the beginning. Once the flames disappear with every movement the wind around her begins to get chaotic, slashing everywhere around her, cutting everything up, nothing spares. Much like a dragon lashing out. She is able to leap into the air and glide around in the up coming storm, her hands are engulfed in wind with the form of large claws in which she uses to strike down the enemy, and she seemingly grows a large tail. Though this ability is powerful she is only able to keep it up for only about 5 posts and is only able to be used once in a battle, usually it is thought of as the ultimate ending.
