we needed another city but unlike the rest this city is for people of all races just come here and hang out see the culture and go site seeing with budies
about 1,461,000 people live here
of course this all depends on head captain if he wants to make this a war zone or not

After Rei stuffed himself, he headed off to check out what else was new in town....
Rei:"Wow....So many things have changed here, what happened, I'm sure I wasn't gone that long....did a war come up?"
Kuragari:"If you didn't remember, I rampaged this place....it's bound to have new replacments for the stores I distroid...."
Rei:"Thats impossible, If something like that happenned, I'd remember..."
