My absolute favorite one is Ocarina of Time. The only parts of it that I hate are the Water and Shadow Temples. I'm so glad Nintendo's remaking it for the 3DS!

Majora's Mask all the way. Ocarina of Time was awesome, but MM's first boss, Odolwa,and Majora's Incarnation sound hilarious.
