Naturally born with her powers Malice is an impressive shaman just like her parents. However she lacks the nonchalant and laid back nature of her father, as well as her mothers modesty. Tending to prefer her own prideful and rebellious nature, seeing herself as the future head of the family and the beginnings of her own shaman clan. Her spirit ally Baihu is one of the Shishin, ancient Chinese mythical animals associated with the four cardinal directions. She's been promised the other three should she perform well in the shaman academy, which is the main reason she has for actually agreeing to come to this school.
