Biography: The Dai Li member was from a Nation that didn't care about War or anything, but he doesn't know where he is from. But he was raised in the Earth Kingdom by merchants, and thief's. But when he was 8 years old, he was sent to the Fire Nation to be a slave. The Fire Nation Royalties punished him for everything he did something wrong. He tried his best to keep them happy and anything, but he had enough. When he turned 13 years old, he figured out he was a Earthbender, then he trained behind the slaves holder back. When he reached in a level of Earthbending, he killed the Slave Holders then ran away.
He had to travel many months to get back home in Ba Sing Se, but there was a price. The people that toke him, needed something very valuable, but if he succeeded to get it. They would take him back home, but the rest is unknown, so you don't know if he succeeded or not.
