What village would you like to be Kage of?: Konoha
Are you a literate RPer?: Yes, in both the sense of Barton forums and in the actual meaning of the word.
Why should you become Kage?: Because I have experience being one. once for Konoha and four times for Kirigakure.
How patient are you?: Very, I own seven tiny little doggies, need I give a huge explanation as to why?
You will most likely have to teach in the academy for starters, is that ok?: Sure, I love teaching people who want to hurry up and get to another rank as soon as possible. ^^
If someone was God-Modding what would the first reaction be? My first reaction would be to notify the culprit of his rule infringement and request he edits out the GM before he contnus to post. If a reply t the notification is not made or it is refused I would contact another guild crew member *Assuming I magically become a crew member :3*
Why are you the person for the job? Why? Because I have a lot of experience with this kinda thing and I love to RolePlay. ^^

RP Sample
-Scenario-
An Akatsuki member has intruded in your village destroying everything one building at a time, this member owns a Sharingan Sasukes to be more precise. This member is attacking your gennin at the time you find out, what will you do to protect the students and the rest of your villagers and shinobi?:

Ryuji was sitting at his desk swamped with paperwork. He had been neglecting the paperwork that has been piling up by helping out at the academy, getting to know his young little students. As he stamped a few completed mission reports to be added to the complicated billing system the council dealt with, a frantic messenger burst into his office, short of breath from sprinting from the scene all the way here. "Whats wrong?" Ryuji said standing up just as suddenly as the messengers entrance. "The...The front gates been destroyed! The village is under siege by an akatsuki member! Hes destroying everything in his path!." Ryuji's expressions remained as the usual cold and emotionless stares int oblvion, only this time, his eyes gav hints of anger. Ryuji removed his Kage robes while making his way out from behind his desk. "Alert the ANBU and any Jounin you can find. Tell thm to protect the genin and villagers while the Chuunin evacuate them to the shelters. I'll make sure the akatsuki member does not continue his advance." He said getting ready to leave as the messenger bolted for the door. "Wait! Also inform everyone to keep an eye out for a possible second attacker." The messenger saluted his kage and ran out the door and down the hall. "Who could be attacking out of the blue like this?" He said to himself before leaping out of the window.

After a few seconds of free falling he landed softly on the ground and took of the very instant he could. Ryuji finally made it onto the scene where the akatsuki was holding a couragous genin by the neck into the air. With out hesitation Ryuji unleashed a flurry of hand seals and dashed towards the distracted Akatsuki. "Fuuton: Shinkuutai Naihatsu! (Wind Element: Air Pocket Bursts)" He pointed his hand at th two and suddenly a few bursts of air knocked the akasuki's grip on the genin loose while after words knocking th genin away from te akatsuki and spinning the akatsuki towards Ryuji. "Your looking for me no?" He said as the Akatsuki member looked at Ryuji with his normal sharingan and Ryuji instanlty new not to stare into his eyes directly from the info his ANBU had gathered on the Uchiha's bloodline. He kpt his gaze chest high on the Akatsuki member and focused for a moment engaging his SHDC field which flared out with lighting due to his primary and secondary chakra natures becoming one. *wind and fire make lightning type* "You will know now why I am called The Chakra Typhoon." He said as he lunged forward at the Akatsuki.

The Akatsuki threw a few Kunai at him and Ryuji swatted most of them out of t air with his hands. To Ryuji's dismay one of them exploded at his feet upon hitting the ground and he was sent flying. Regaining himself in mid-air Ryuji flipped some to land softly on his feet. "Figures, someone who uses not only Kunai but bomb tags as well." He said softly as he lunged once again only this time he formed a few handseals to create four shadow clones. They fanned with Ryuji in the middle and ach one had the SHDC engaged. After surrounding the man they each pulled out a demon wind shuriken and attached a wire to it. "Prepare yourself Sharingan user, for even someone like you cannot simply escape whats comming towards you." Ryuji and his clones all spoke at the same time and each one tossed out there shurriken to curve to the right. Each clone formed a few more handseals and used the Shadow Shuriken Jutsu creating five out of each demon wind shurikn and each had a wire attached to it to allow mid-flight control. "This is the end, Demon wind Typhoon!" He said having each clone exert the rest of there chakra by infusing there demon wind shuriken with wind chakra.

The 25 demon wind shuriken swirled around the Sharingan user and gave him minor scratches but to HIS dismay he had been too cocky and did not notice the wires were slowly weaving a net as they flew around him. Him and his clones pulled tightly on the wires and captured the sharigan user and the shuriken's stabbed into him. "Demon Wind Typhoon hidden trump!" He performed another set of hand seals and made his clones crowed closely around the seemingly impaled akatsuki member and then they exploded using the exploding shadow clone technique. The wires, clones and demon wind shuriken were destroyed in the blast since they were simple clones leaving a cloud of smoke. As soon as the smoke dispersed a person who was not the one he had attacked but was wearing his clothes was laying dead on the ground. "Strange, I've never heard of such a Jutsu..." Muttered softly to himself as an ANBU appeared next to him. "Hokage-sama! We have successfully evacuated all the civilians and genin within a 100 meter radius of first contact." Ryuji disengaged his SHDC field and turned to the ANBU.

"The intruder is dead but I still want the village on high alert. Make sure all repairs to the front gate are done swiftly and I want two ANBU stationed at every gate and 10 Jounin and Chuunin patrolling the streets at all times. Send a few informant speakers to notify the village that we are on high alert and to have them report any strange behavior to the nearst Chuunin ranked or higher shinobi. I want this threat crushed now." He said clearly and calmly though he had exerted a large amount of chakra to crush his opponent with a single blow, though it seems the person killed was a fake. He wondered what the real Sharingan user would have been like. Ryuji shook the thought from his head and looked up to the moon which had just started to raise in the sky as the ANBU faded into the shadows.
