We all have pairings we love and love to hate, so make a list and give reasons why! You can discuss but no arguing or fighting!
My favourite pairing list.. ahh.. here we go!
(Dominant ones on the left, submissive ones on the right)
Russia x Lithuania = My OTP!
Prussia x Lithuania = This is fully possible if you know your history~
America x Lithuania = Just so cute~
Germany x Lithuania = Also possible if you know your history.
Estonia x Lithuania = They're not really brothers *shrug* plus, Estonia needs more love~
France x Lithuania = My friend got me in to it~
Germany x Poland = History or no I just like it.
Prussia x Poland = same reason as above.
Austria x Poland = a crack pairing me and my friend made up and it ended up being just pure win...
France x Poland = I ... like france molesting people ok? xD;
France x England = It's hilarious~
Now my least favourite pairings:
Lithuania x Poland or Poland x Lithuania= Because hetalia got their relationship wrooong, completely wrong! I hate this pairing just for that! And I also dislike people who like this pairing and have no idea about the truth... =A=
Lithuania x Belarus = Not just because it's a straight pairing... I dislike belarus in general...
Lithuania x Russia = I don't like Lithuania topping anyone... ESPECIALLY Russia...
Russia x China = Gets seriously in the way of Russia x Lithuania and I don't think it's all that atractive anyway...
Russia x Belarus = same reason as Lithuania x Belarus.
Prussia x Hungary = The overly obsessed fans really took this pairing down the drain if you ask me...

RussiaxChina = The bane of my APH experiences. China turns into a clingy lil' 萌え-blob and Russia's somehow as sensible as Aristotle. It's breaking two great characters down, rebuilding them to someone's liking, and then mashing them together to see if they can still get a positive. No, just no. Especially if it involves sunflowers or any 'I hurt you because I love you' abuse. The day I'll like that ish the day Russia becomes a brunette and drinks salmon juice from a glove.
PrussiaxHungary = I've seen two dynamics of this. One road will lead to Hungary turning in to a gigantic mary sue that constantly turns all of her exaggerated faults into Prussia's doing -- and somehow being right in it. Another ish where all of the things that made them so popular get sucked out to shoot in stereotypical cliches. Like taking out the jelly in doughnuts and stuffing in hot sauce. It'll be a disaster.
RussiaxBelarus = Good luck with all those obsessive, brain-dead lil' inbred rodents they will soon (consensually or not) pop out if they ever get together. Fans that enjoy them I have found personally delusional due to thinking that Russia shouldn't turn his precious little sister away and just marry her because that's what a big brother should do. Most fans are female. So go ahead, bust into your 兄's room right now and demand they get "married married married married". See if it turns out the same for you. (As an added bonus, do it naked and make sure you rip the doorknob off.)
RussiaxLatvia = Russia's may not be my all-time number one character, but the people he ish paired with makes him such a magnet. For one, all three Baltics, as well as nearly anyone else for that matter, fear him. So why should Latvia be an exception? Especially if Latvia's the most scared. Sure he's cute, but if they wanted him being man-handled by someone against his will, they should just get France.
IcelandxPenguins/Puffins = Don't. Ask.
NorwayxSpatulas = Same as above.
PolandxPole = No one wants to be an escort.
I forgot to tell what pairings I like, but then it'll sound like I'm biased if I do that. I'll say one, but I'm keeping the rest a secret.
LithuaniaxHong Kong = Pure, undiluted crack. I don't think I could stress that fact enough if I tried.

Pairings I love!
USUK (AmericaxEngland) = one of my Hetalia OTPs. I know that in canon they have a father/son or brothers relationship but I think it's cute. Especially in AU fanfiction.
FrUK (FrancexEngland) = so canon. Their personalities fit so well and it's just a really funny pairing XD
PruCan (PrussiaxCanada) = Historical reasons, and also it's cute. And Prussia is one of the only ones who doesn't mistake Canada for America (at least, in fanfiction).
PrusAus or AusPrus (Austria and Prussia) = One of the only pairings where I'm fine either way. Sometimes Austria can seem like a seme and sometimes he can seem like an uke-- it depends on who's writing it. (I think uke!Roderich is winning at the moment-- just think of Austria in a French maid costume and you'll understand.)
Any/all of the Germanic Trio paired together. As in, Germany, Prussia and Austria. (I know that Austria isn't strictly German but they're all closely linked.) Mainly because it's just that damn smexy.
TurkeyxGreece = firstly because I don't much like Japan. Secondly because I always see Heracles as submissive. And thirdly because it's Foe Yay. What more do you want? (Plus, under that mask, I bet Turkey is actually srslysmexy.)
GerIta (GermanyxN.Italy) = It's cute, fluffy, and canon. And possessive Italy is so funny.
Spamano (SpainxRomano/S.Italy) = really adorable. Romano is so funny and it's practically canon as well.
SuFin (SwedenxFinland) = SO. DARN. CUTE. Sweden is creepy, yeah, but I find that I like the creepy characters most. Finland is really sweet as well, especially how he reacts to Sweden calling him his wife.
And then the ones I HATEHATEHATE. D:
RussiaxBelarus = I just don't see how it works. Not only is it het, they don't fit and it's straight siblingcest (one thing I just can't stand).
RussiaxChina = for most of the same reasons as Iwa_Clay_Birds, and also because I just don't see it. I do know of someone who can write it very well, but I just don't like it.
RussiaxLatvia = Latvia just seems too young (and small).
I don't really HATEHATEHATE so many.
Pairings I don't like but can stand~
AustriaxHungary = The marriage is over. I dearly love you, Hungary, and you're part of my heritage, but please. You have to get over it.
Giripan (GreecexJapan) = Again, I don't really like Japan. And Greece topping... I don't like it.
PrussiaxHungary = No. Just no.
Yeah... I'm not THAT choosy.

Hmmm, Pairings I love? Let's see...
USxUK - Here be my OTP. Even though Artie is a bossy, quick-tempered tsundere and at times Alfred can be a dense, insensitive boob, they clearly care for one another. Plus, history is ripe with relevant material for plundering. I have yet to find a USxUK fiction that I didn't like...Unless, that is, it was poorly written.
RussiaxUS - I simply cannot ignore all that blatant sexual tension. It fuels the fanfiction monster slumbering within me.
RussiaxLithuania - A story titled Lamentia converted me.
GerIta - It's too cute to ignore. Plus, Feli has a special place in my heart.
HRExChibitalia - Same reason as above.
SuxFin - They just make me very, very happy.
Spamano - Once you get past the fact that Spain kind of raised him, it's pretty adorable.
AustriaxHungary - I don't love them, but they are very cute.
As for pairings that I absolutely cannot stand...
FrancexCanada - Just...no.
LithuaniaxBelarus (or should I say BelarusxLithania neutral ) - Could anything more masochistic possibly exist on the face of this earth?
FrancexSeychelles - Same reason as FrancexCanada
SwitzerlandxLiechtenstein - They have a beautiful sibling relationship. Why oh why should it be messed with?
GermanyxPrussia/PrussiaxGermany - Same reason as directly above.
ChinaxJapan China becomes desperately clingy. It leaves an acrid taste in my mouth.
I think that about does it. Not very many pairings bother me in particular I suppose. Overall, France just frightens me a little. I'm getting more and more used to him, though, so my initial revulsion towards him has dwindled to something more in between amusement and apprehension.

USxJapan~ I think they're very cute together...but I prefer USxUK to them...

FranceXSeychelles~...not sure why I like them so much...
RussiaXChina~ This one is new for me...I've never liked them before, but while RPing with friends...Our China got me into it.
Ones I dislike~
FrUK~ I hate this one with a passion...though I read a Bad Touch Trio doujin earlier and awww'd at a FrUK scene...

I haven't really gotten into pairings that much, which is uncharacteristic of me, but I must say that GermanyxItaly does kind of strike a chord with me.
Also, RussiaxBelarus is creepy.

Pairings I love:
Canada x Ukraine - my absolute OTP ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Everything about it is perfect: it has historical background + personality wise, they're perfect for each other. It's one of those few pairings in Hetalia that actually make sense.
America x Ukraine - my second (albeit former) OTP, but I love it nonetheless. Another pairing that makes sense both historically and personality wise.
Pairings I like:
Generally many unpopular ships with Ukraine, like EstUkr, FraUkr, DenUkr, SweUkr etc. Those are historically accurate. Mostly platonically or as past crush.
Male!Ukraine x Ukraine (not as selfcest) - self explanatory.
America x fem!Brazil (OC) - I think it's hilarious and has good potential: they're both head honchos in their respective regions and have close historical ties.
North Italy x fem!Germany - adorable and hilarious. Nuff said.
Pairings I don't care about/might appreciate fanworks of:
Turkey x Ukraine - this one doesn't make much appeal to me.
Lithuania x Belarus - the same as TurUkr.
Prussia x Hungary - the same as LithBel.
Austria x Hungary - the same as PruHun.
Practically all other het pairings.
Pairings I don't like:
America x Vietnam - they don't have exactly good history together (which makes this ship pretty awkward), plus there is no mentioning/interaction between them in both manga and anime.
Canada x Seychelles - I can see them being good friends or even adoptive siblings, but nothing more than that.
Canada x any Nyotalia!Girl - I just can't see this happening (especially Canada x fem!Prussia).
Pairings I hate (I know it's stupid, but I just can't help myself):
America x Belarus - absolute NOTP for me, I hate... no, I loath it with the power of billions of burning suns, like really: a) they haven't interacted/didn't mention each other in the anime, b) personalities clash + this whole “opposites attract” thing wouldn’t work here, IMHO, c) In the strip, he considered her as a sister. A SISTER. NOT. A. FREAKING. GIRLFRIEND/WIFE!!!! And then he NEGLECTED HER!!!! d) the actual countries don't have exactly good relations. And yet many people consider THIS an oh-so-freaking cute n adorable pair. LIKE WTH?!!
ALL the yaoi (especially PruCan - doesn’t make any sense), yuri and incest pairings - yaoi/yuri isn't my thing, and incest is just gross and disturbing.
