I'd say basically, masters buy a slave/s and make the slave/s happy. you know what i don't even know what the goal is. I'll say this this is my first guild so I'm just going on what I've been doing in this one guild a friend made.

Well if memory serves, you put a limit on how many slaves a master can have, right? So evil overlord wanting to take all the slaves it is out.
Prehaps a flip on history and make an evil Underground Road that kidnaps the slaves for some odd reason probably revolving around freedom and abolishing the idea of all slavery? Considering that the subject is open we could very well do anything from that to space invaders. ninja
By the way, before I can finish my cherrie I need to know what style of slavery we're using. Roman, Egyptian, or American?

Ok. Let break it down some....
Roman Slavery : Hodge-bodge of races. Main reason for servitude is poverty, crime, and war. there are laws protecting the slaves from overly harsh masters but it more of a misdemeanor and no one really cares.
Egyptian Slavery : Racial/Religious Basis. Main reason for Servitude is birth, poverty, crime, war, and capture. There are no laws to protect the slaves. They reside on luck and the morals of the master. House Slaves are pets and symbols of wealth or position.
American Slavery : Pure Racial basis. Main reason for servitude is birth. These slaves are treated like mindless or dimwitted animals with less choice over their lives than domesticated pets.
Personally, I think American was the worst our history has shown us but they're all evil. Roman is the way to go I vote. Egyptian could be fun though.
Also the Warehouses, is that like slave quarters for while the slaves are between masters and still want to play or...WTF s'all I'm asking.

Ok how about this it's just all of those mixed together, cuz i believe that it doesnt matter which way it is and that if it goes by one of those it'll probably confuse people. Like right now it's kinda confusing me.

Egyptian it is. I say that because it is everything just differs by degree. And was the mother of slavery being the first recorded civilization of our history and all.

Another noob question that's annoying, the ** rule. Does that apply everywhere or just in the RP. RP makes sense. OOC not so much.

Of the four of us now and more to come, do any of us have the know how in this RP type to handle being a Master? I'd rather work my way up from slave once I get a feel for it but if needed I can jump start and BS my way through it.

Are the homes the master/mistress' home? And should we just create our own house or, do you want to?

Considering common sense, yes master houses where the slaves go when they've been bought. Also considering, yes we make our own houses per player. But hey, I have no authority here so...Remnant? biggrin
