He makes his home the cold, lonely, mountains. His life of solitude is a self-imposed exile, choosing loneliness to the scorn he has received from Humechen-kind.
After the crimes in which he fell victim, Domevlo, a kind and benevolent creature, soon lost all faith in the goodness of Humechen-kind. What happened to Domevlo, you ask? Found near death, one man - a curious scientist - took the Dreich in to his lab. The experiments, highly illegal, left Domevlo defaced and scarred, mentally and physically. He has no memory of the experiments, which perhaps is all for the better.
One fateful day, Domevlo escaped his laboratory prison. With no memory of what or who he was, and not knowing how gruesome his appearance was, met many shocked and fearful faces. And what happens when humans meet something they fear, and cannot explain? Why, they hate and detest it of course. They chase it away, try to kill it... Domevlo faced all this, and grew fearful.
That night rain fell - a thunderstorm of epic proportions. Domevlo caught sight of his own reflection and was horrified. Cuts, scars, and stitches riddled his body! What had happened? Who had done such a thing? He didn't
know and perhaps that was the hardest thing. Since then, the wounds have mostly healed, but in Domevlo's mind, he remains as gruesome in appearance as he was that fateful night.
When Domevlo discovered the horrible experiments that made him, he vowed vengeance.
