Bio abstract:Chika was basically from vale, She would run around like random for no reason, She didnt have much friends but that didn't bother her, You would usually see her trying to read people minds, and hiding behind trees or int he park trying to practice her whirlwinds which was kinda impossible for her. She would always let out whirls on accident but not on will. luckily it was not too big to cause a distress or whatever, That bracelet she wears taht used to belong to her mother and father, Holds little bits of evil in it. but never really noticed.
