I have had alot of pets in my life. I know I have learned something from each one. So what have you learned. 1 answer per post please.. I want to make this thread long. lol

I don't have a cat right now, but, when I did, I learned how loyal and loving they are.

I've learned that home is never truly lonely when I have a pet cat or dog here.

I learned that they act like humans sometimes... my cat Socks acts like my deceased aunt Phyllis.

I'm learning that pets can be very expensive, but, they are worth it for the love/friendship/loyalty they give.

I have learned that an animal is more in-tune with its' master's feelings than we think. My cat Remy knows when I'm sick or upset, and he tries so hard to comfort me.

Aisling Blue I have learned that an animal is more in-tune with its' master's feelings than we think. My cat Remy knows when I'm sick or upset, and he tries so hard to comfort me. I remember long ago when I didn't make the basketball team( I wasn't allowed to join because of my height evil ), I was crying up a storm, and my cat Socks tried to comfort me... but I just told her to scram poor thing redface .

I learned cats are very very very smart. My one figured out how to pee in the toliet on it's own. Found this out while I was getting ready for work one moring. It made my day.

They definitely do pickup on things... my own cat Felicia learned how to play Ding Dong Ditch and now she plays it with me whenever she gets the chance to do so xp

Giving love is free, and the rewards are thousand-fold.
Also, a well placed skritch and stroke can bring many minutes of happiness to both.
