I think the captain or Exi should have some sort of contest to see what crew/VC's we should keep, and cut them down to maybe 5 VC's and 10 Crew. That way the Crew/User ratio will be much more sensible.
The users who contribute the most, get on the most frequently, the most trustworthy, should be kept.
What say you, guild elites?

Uhhhm as for crew/VC's, I like being able to mod. It helps my OCD. And I think this is the only guild I've actually come back to every day since joining. All my other ones just sit there. Being boring.
