Art is ok because all the transactions are on gaia, and can be monitored as such. But Gaia can't monitor what happens off of gaia (Ex: DS trades), so if you get scammed through that, there is nothing gaia can do about it, so it's not preferred.

Edit: I can do it for you, I just need to find my AR. Don't pay me though.
