My friends talk about how hot guys are and then ask my opinion.
Okay, I'm bi, but I really don't care for guys all that much...mostly girls.
So, it's really awkward when they ask for my opinion.
Does this happen with any other lesbians/bi girls?
edit: not asking for advice, just starting a conversation~ c:

I don't mind because I'm glad my friends ask for my opinion. I know what attractive is so I can usually say "He's not bad looking." This does not mean i am sexually attracted to him.
Now, this is a different story when it comes to my parents. They ask it thinking that it will give them hope that I will end up with a boy.

I am comfortable with it simply because I find so many people sexy, I am a very forward person and have a lot of opinions. But I can see why you dislike it, and they should respect your desire if they know.

▶ I don't really let it bother me. I usually don't say anything about girls being attractive near any of my friends except for those who I know are bi or lesbian as well. Ohter than my best friend, she's fully cool with everything. Shoot, she points out girls half the time and is like, "She's cute, huh?" But she's totally straight. ◀

Sadly, that happens a lot. I'm pretty much the only lesbian in my group of friends, and most of them are female bisexuals dating/engaged to men and the ones that aren't still prefer men. Even my ex girlfriend dates a female to male transgender (not that I have anything against them, let me just make that plain).
I do know a good looking guy when I see one, though, and I don't hesitate to point them out when I do, which always wins me a double take from my friends who have me pegged as 110% colors of the rainbow gay. heart

yeah this happens a lot to me, i try not to let it bother me but i just prefer girls over guys a lot of the time so when my straight friends are like "oh hey that guy is sooo hot" i'm just kinda like whatever... but then of course if i say something like "i'm not really into guys" it turns chaotic... :/

Here's a new I hate it when:
I hate it when Chris Crocker opens his mouth. He's bad for the community and its people like him who contribute to homophobia, not phrases like "That's so gay" Thoughts?

Yeah.. most of my female friends are bi at least, so if someone wants to comment on how hot a guy is, nobody stops them. The half of us just shrug and take their word for it.
