Pretty good. Would look super nice with rounded corners or at least a thin black border.

I like the sillouhettes and the outer glows
but your right, the blur in the background is borlining blobbyness :/

i really like this one, good job the only thing i would say is maybe change the script font you used for her name to maybe one with less slashing lines? it takes away from her name and makes a bit hard to read

no, you should keep the font, but use the eraser tool to get rid of similar brush strokes, I.E the "LL" in the name.
