Alrighty! So, to help benifit the SS I've decided to start a Coast to Coast project.
The steps:
~ 1. Write a letter to the Mayor/Senetor or anyone you feel is important in your state/city ext. State your name, and tell them a little about yourself. Then talk about what the SS are about and how you feel about the Whaling. This will raise awareness and ask if they could possibly do anything about it. Set up a bill board or anything you can think of.
~ 2. Ask permission to put up flyers in the local vet offices/pet stores/local wildlife conservation site, that advertise the SS.
~ 3. When school starts ask if you may put up posters or flyers, make sure you get them aproved before. (Try not to use too many bloody pictures, intead try to capture the gracefulness and peace of whales)
~ 4. If you live near the coast, then organize a beach cleanup or a veiwing party, you could also post flyers in the local restraunts.
