I've sent off a PM to Used-Blanket, though you must understand that people can't be on everyday, be it for jobs, school, or some other obligation. What can be done is a NPC come in again and continue the session until Used-Blanket gets back.

I have an idea about making the forums alittle more simplified like including everything under the world of the living in it and then put everything of the squads under one titled Gotei 13 and keep the academy the way it is have locations under soul society like the rukongai districts. drop the central 46 put all the espada under Los Noches and then put the deserts under hueco muendo and that way it won't look so spread out. and one last one is to put the captains, lieutenants, espada, Vizards, Fullbringers, etc positions on front page so people know what's taken ahead of time. I really don't want to sound like a jerk or other words by just joining and giving all sorts of Ideas so I apologize if thats what it sounds like. but these are just suggestions. please don't hate me for this.

All of those sound alright, but since we can't take away forum slots, that would kind of be pointless. And if we try to bunch everything into fewer forums, everything might get a little messy and it would be harder to find certain topics.

I want VC of vizards or at least in power and who can tell me what to do I actually am gonna take a trainer role I wanna do like an rp school that's all IC I wanna train maybe new people in the guild to basic rping because I've decided I don't wanna fight anymore unless its important to the story. I have grown to dislike fighting in rp when its meaningless.

I have grown to dislike fighting in rp when its meaningless. If you can avoid it in character you never need to fight, however if your are taking a training position, I would say third in command so you aren't taking up a spot needed for battle. If you take a spot that has really high stats and don't fight your race will be held back in a war with another race. You can speak to whomever is appointed leader of visoreds and just tell them you are going to train the recruits and back up the race but you will avoid fighting I'm sure it would be fine.
