Weapons: Time Sword - A sword he is able to summon to his hand, it has minor localized time effects, such as if he wishes he could slash though a apple and where it cut would rot in seconds. Works the same as flesh, though at the same time he could cut it and cause it to grow in reverse, becoming younger. Besides that and being unbreakable, the sword is nothing, but a sword.
Powers:
The Pact Of God - He is a god, demonic one at that, he is as one would say, you cant kill a god, he is, unkillable. Though, at the same time to keep his right, he has agreed to never kill anyone. Should he kill someone, he will become a mortal so all force he uses for the most part is non-lethal. It also makes getting rid of enemies a very hard thing to do. ( He has to make enemies allies to rid of them )
Conjuring - He has the ability to summon items form thin air, tape, bowl, water, apple, lubricants, and ect.
Localized Time and Space Control - Due to who his mother was, he has control over time and space, in a area around him. He can stop, fast forward, or rewind time. While he remains outside the time field. A down side, he is unable to effect things going on during this. ( If he stops time, he cant move or effect things. Besides him self. )
Demon Fire - powerful flames said Weakest to Strongest are in order from a gray flame, Black and Blue Flame, Black and Red flame, and pitch black fire.
Persuasion/Temptation - He is, very, good at getting others into his bed, or there bed or to do what ever he wishes. He is able to implant sexual wants into those that he wants, to the point it wouldn't matter if there straight, gay, or lesbian, they might feel the urge to sleep with him. Though side effect, when used in a room with large amount of animals things tend to go wrong if they pick up on it.

Bio:
Celso's was born the son of a powerful time goddess, and a demon known to be that of The Destroyer, Prince of Vengeance, Gambling, Luxury, or most commonly known as The Demon of Lust. His mother known for Goddess of Hours, Time and Space. His father was only around till he grew of age, then he was banished form the world for breaking the deal that he'd never, mate, with a goddess again. His father had been known to get around, all the same, he resides in one of his many homes left to him by his father, he knows not of his mother or the out come of her after his birth, Celso believes she is in hiding to ashamed to show her face to the world after giving birth to such a creature. And the fact that her heart belongs to someone that was using her for nothing more then her body.
Though not knowing this for sure, he continues along with his life getting around very well. Personally, having fallen in love with a lake side home left to him, even though it wasn't the largest it fit his likes and where it didn't he used the money form selling others to easily fix this.
Personality:
One: He is sweet, and kind, a true gentlemen that would do anything to make someone happy, for reasons.
Two: A less kind kind a bit more, forceful of what he wants, not unkind completely, though not as caring .
Three His main, that seems to pick form the others form time to time. He is, and will always be rather crazy, he does things that'd make no sense, and his punishments reflect such, often cruel and very unorthodox.
