How about we make a guild store, You know so we can fun events without having to take out of our Guild leaders bank account XD. Have everyone pitch in and it would also be a good way to let everyone show how they are doing.

Yea Exactlly, Except any where's from 25 to 85% of gold goes to the guild. That way we make a bit of gold and get to help the guild out, Plus those who have never had much luck with art shops of our own will be able to been in one that is successful

I suggest, on that subject, we make teams of 5, each to run separate joint shops. anything more than that would be hectic and unnecessary.

So as of Now that would be ten shops. Sense you have ten Crew members I think each of them should make/manage the shops. And also I think that if we have shops their should be a board just for shop dicussion, Questions, Ideas, Ect.

I'd love if there were was a mini activity where the designers can collaborate on a piece of work. o:
There could be teams for it and a set theme and a set graphic template to be worked on. ~
I think it would open up a lot of creativity and insight to each others designing style.

@ Joint Shop Idea: I think that we should have sign ups for each shop. Maybe, in the future, as the shops are more established, mini competitions between the shops. That way we keep it interesting between us. The prize could be a graphic trophy that the winning joint shop can post in their thread.
@ Mini Event: Maybe we can use that to lure more members? Post the results somewhere, maybe.
My Own Idea: I saw that there are some open subforums. What about a tutorial sub forum? That way, if anyone would like to make one, we have a place. Granted, there is the support sub forum, so we don't need it. Just an idea.
