ZuyoRanger / MMPR


1. ZuyoRanger footage was used to produce Mighty Morphing Power Rangers season 1.

2. MMPR Season 1 was about a group of teens selcted to fight the evil Rita Replusa who escaped from her monster. In ZuyoRanger five ancient worriers are awakened to fight the evil Bandora, who escaped her prision.

3. The Power Rangers had a mentor named Zordon. The ZuyoRangers mentor was named Braza. Braza's form made an apearance in MMPR during a flash back to Zordon's younger days.

4. Rita put Tommy under her spedll and mad ehim her evil green Ranger. Braui surfaced in ZuyoRanger as the rouge Green Ranger who wanted revenge against Geki. Braui was Geki's brother. Geki was stolen by a rival king ( who ended up killing the two Rangers; biological father.) Both Tommy and Bruai jion their repsective teams.

5. Rita's evil green candle brunt out causing tommy to lose his powers. He passed them on to Jason. In ZuyoRanger the Green Candle represented Brauis remain life force. When it brunt out he died. He gave his powers to Geki.

6. The Rangers battled Golder in the Cyclopis Zords. In ZuyoRanger ending episodes the Rangers faught Bandora's son (Kou) in a new mecha.

7. Extra ZuyoRanger action footage was shot soley for American use. This footage has been refered to as Zuyo 2 footage.

Kukuranger / MMPR 3

1. MMPR Season 3 continued the story of the Power Rangers. Kukuranger did not continue Dairanger.

2. The Alien Rangers protrayed n the later part of MMPR season 3 were actually taken from Kukuranger's team. They were not aliens in Kukuranger. They were a team of ninjas.

3. MMPR 3 used Zuyo 2 and Dairanger fotoage as well as KukuRanger.

4. In Kukuranger, the Shotgunzords Sentai counter part was actually used before the counterpart of the Ninjazords. In MMPR the Ninjazords were found before the shotgun zords.

5. There was no Pink Ranger in KukuRanger.

6. Master Vile and Rito Revolto both were two of the main villains in KukuRanger.

Gingamen / Power Rangers Lost Galaxy


1. Power Rangers Lost Galaxy was standalone but did have a few tie ins to earlier seasons. Gingaman was standalone with no tie ins to fromer sentai besides the team up movies.

2. Lost Galaxy invovled a group of young men and women that were able to pull the mythical Quasar Sabers. They had to use their new powers to fight scorpious and protect the Terra Venture space coloney as it headed to find a new planet to colonize. Gingman was about an ancient tribe that had to fight space pirates. Mythical Swords were given to the chosen ones to chance them into Gingaman.

3. Captian Mutiney from the Lost Galaxy arch in PRLG actually is the main bad guy in Gingaman ( or at least his sentai counterpart is).

4,, The Bull Black and Megna Defender Storylines were very similar. The main difference being that Bull Black doesn't lose his powers at the end like Mike does in LG.

Time Ranger / PR: Time Force

1. Time Force and Timeranger were both standalone seasons, aside with the team ups with both's forebearers.

2. Timeranger dealt with Time Cops like Time Force. However in Time force the Captian went back in time with them. This captian turned out to be a fake, a villain in disguise.

3. Gluto's counterpart in the sentai was Don Dunero. He was the main villain of Timeranger, Ransik did not exisit. Nadiera and Frax both had Sentai coutnerparts. Gluto and Gien (Frax's counterpart) had a rivalery similar to Frax and Ransik.

4. Tasuya was Wes' counterpart. He jioned the Timeranger much like Wes did the Rangers in Time Forse. Tasuya was the ancestor of the Timeranger captian. Tasuya broke away from his father by winning a bet., while Wes just left on his own. Both had similar issues of making their own destiney.

5. Fatcatfish's counterpart in sentai murdered Yuri's ( Time Pink) family. He was an assiassn, hired by Don Dunero to do the job. In Time Foce, Fatcatfish was just a monster Jen once arrested with Alex.

6. In Time Force, Eric finds the Quantum Powers to become the Quantum Ranger. They were powers Time Force lost in a time travel experiment. In Time Ranger the Time Fire Powers are created by reverse engineering Tim red's powers. This is done by Tasusya's father's company. Time Fire is the Quantom Ranger's counterpart in the Sentai. Naoko is his name. He has the same riveralry with Tasuya that Eric has with Wes.

7, In Timeranger, the real Captian comes back in time to take Tasuya's place, just like Alex does in Time Force. However, The timerangers captian's morpher is taken by force, while Alex gives his up willingly.

8. In Timeranger, the Rangers breifly go back to the future and contront the captian again, like they do Alex. The Time Captain ends up trying to erase their memories to adjust to the altered future. Sion (Trips Counterpart) is forced to kill the captain, in order for his firends to escape.. Alex does not end up being bad and lets the Rangers go back to the past willingly.

9. In Time Ranger the Rangers don't return home after the defeat of the villains (Gien was the main villain by the end with his G Zord, known as Doomtron to PR fans). Instead the Time Range slose their powers, with all of them dispearing due to their future being nonexistant. Only Tasuya was spared ( being from thr past). It should be noted that Naoko died in the final battle, saving Tasuya ( where as Eric was only wounded).

Hurricanger / PR: Ninja Storm

1. The Hurricanrangers and Goraijers don't become friends as fast as the Wind and Thunder Rangers do. The Gorijers fight with the Jakanja willingly at first. Where as the Thunder Rangers are lied to that their parents were killed by the Wind Ninja's Sentai. The Goraijers go on their own when they realized their new allies aren't honorable. They don't really jion the Hurricanrangers till more towards the end of the show.

2. Lothor does not have a counterpart in Hurricanranger.

3. Cam's counterpart in the Sentai is Obrah, a woman. She is the sensei's daughter like Cam is the son of the Sensei in Ninja Sotrm. Cam becomes the Green Samuria Ranger. Obrah does not.

4. The Green Samuria Ranger's counterpart is a worrier who became stuck in morphed form. He does take several fake civilian forms before his true identiy is known. Played by Former Sentai actors.

Dekaranger / PR: SDP

1. In Dekaranger, Dekared and Yellow were not theives and had no prior history together. Dekared was reassigned from a deep space headquaters, to become the new Dekared for the Earth Rangers. The other Dekaranger were already Rangers, the B Squad aspect did not exist.

2. Doggie Kruger ( Commander Cruger's counterpart) had a slightly differenf custom than his American counterpart.

Missing Ohranger (Zeo) and Caranger (Turbo) but not bad.
