Am I allowed to post new threads?

You are, but please use the Chamber of Ice to create your own threads. It was made specifically for that purpose.

If you absolutely must have your thread in the Hall of Ice, ask one of our mods before posting or it will be moved.

What is each forum for?

The Hall of Ice is our main forum, used for special purpose threads.

The Chamber of Ice is our miscellaneous forum, used for posting any kind of threads.

The Tower of Ice is our moderator forum, used for moderator discussion.

The Underground Archives is our storage forum, used for storing old unused threads.

Extra forums may be added soon, which could cause change to information in the FAQ.

Your second rule states not to anger Yoru, who is this?

Yoru The Shinigami, second in command of the Frozen Domain.

Do all roleplays have to be in icy locations?

Certainly not, you may create roleplays in any location. You may also leave the frozen peak in our main thread.
