As you may or may not know, the Kirby manga is comming to the US. The first translated manga is due to come out on September 7th.
This will be the first book to hit the shelves.

I have volume 3 of this series, (in Japanese, of course) and will tell you that there's probably not going to be a real plot to all of the manga; it's a collection of one-shot stories instead.

Forget manga publishing schedules now. I'm just going to go by what I see in the stores, not what publishers are saying online.

I heard about the Manga on Rainbow Resort... seems that you can buy it online, they're currently working on the third book I suppose.
