Deviantart has a ton of brushes for GIMP, PS, PSP, and Illustrator.
Along with PSD files, actions, etc.
I wasn't sure which links would be good to put so...I just gave you the general one.

XD deviantArt is too much for me to navigate, I usually rely on links to bring me to the brushes and whatnot on that site.

I have a pretty handy tool I find myself using all the time.

It comes in handy when you wanna preview the brushes before you install, when you wanna change the size of thumbnails or if you want to turn any brush file into an image pack for use on programs other than Photoshop.
