The black list is for people who have been banned twice for inactivity with little to no chance to return.
The red list is for people who have broken the rules (that I will set up) enough times to be banned. These people are not allowed to return under any circumstances.
If you see a name crossed out in the grey list, it means the person is currenty back in the guild.
