Shamira's apartment is a smaller one since she's the only one living there. When you enter the door you enter a large open room, in the far away corner is a kitchen area, and on the opposite wall from it is two doors, one leading to a bathroom, the other to her bedroom. The whole apartment has dark hardwood floors, and white walls. Lucky for Shamira her apartment layout lets her have more windows, which thick frames are the same color as the hardwood flooring. On the wall behind the kitchen, and in her room, she has a total of four windows in her apartment. Two in her bedroom, three in the main room, one of which is stained glass.

The main room has two main sections, with a bit of open space for the rest. Once you walk through the front door, next to it and the wall is a coat tree. This usually has a few coats of Shamira's on it. Once you walk in a few feet in front of you is a dark, round, wooden table. It has a leaf to make it larger when, and if, the need arises. Around the table is two matching chairs. Both soild and a darker wood to match the table. This table is where Shamira makes her potions at home, and where she eats occasionally. A few feet away is an old grandfather clock.

In front of the kitchen area is a library-like area. The walls of the corner is filled with five bookcases, four filled with books, the fifth with ingredients. Next to the fifth is a locked cabinet, inside of the cabinet is where Shamira stores her treasures. These treasures are a variety of things, things of sentimental value, money value, rarity, and other factors. She keeps the key to it in a special place that no one would be able to steal it from (or at least that's what the spell said). Two of the bookcases are filled with spell books, one is filled with potion books, and the last with miscellaneous books and a few knick-knacks. The area of flooring in front of these bookshelves is covered in a dark Gothic styled rug. It was her mother's. On this rug is two pieces of furniture. An old fashioned armchair, with the taller back and rounded carvings, the Victorian style. It has a design that's colors match the rug and dark wooden bookcases. Next to the chair is a small side table, this is where she places whatever she nibbling on or drinking while she reads. All of these thinks are currently covered in sheets and dust.

The walls of the room, except in the small kitchen area, has a few framed pictures and drawings. There are a few pictures of her and Members of the other village, and one of her when she was a young girl and her mother. She has a few framed paintings and drawings of scenery also. In an attempt to add more color to the room Shamira has rugs throughout the room that have darker colors to match her mother's rug and the scenery pictures. One of the windows in the room is stained glass, its not the one next to the kitchen, but is close to the dining area. It depicts different alchemy and potion making symbols and concepts. Its beautiful, and brillent in the sunlight. It was a gift from a friend before she moved to sactum.

The kitchen area is smaller, a sink, a refrigerator and freezer combination, an oven, and a bit of extra counter top with cabinets underneath. She has cabinets over the oven, sink, and extra counter space. Under a small section of the extra counter space there is no cabinet, and there there is a stool. This is where Shamira usually eats. The floors of this section is not hardwood, but tile. Hanging above the extra counter space is pots and pans.

The bathroom is normal, toilet, shower, sink, mirror, etc. The basic nesseities.

Shamira's bedroom is a bit smaller than most bedrooms. It has a twin sized bed in a corner of the room, elegantly designed with engravings. The head of it under a window. Next to the foot of the bed, is a lower, wide, dark wooden dresser. It has all of her clothes in it, along with a few miscellaneous things on top. Against the other wall, next to the door, is a narrow and tall bookshelf full of a variety of books. On the other side of the bookshelf is a small desk where Shamira usually rights notes and makes calculations. The window above the lower dresser floods in and usually lets her work in natural light.

Shamira came to the living quarters complex after a few hours of flying around searching for it in the horrid weather. She was soaking wet, and scowling as she marched up the flights of stairs to her room, grumbling all the way, and bag in hand. Once she finally reached her door Shamira opened it. In front of her was the familiar main room, she stepped inside and shut her door behind her. She took off her coat and put it on the coat tree, then morphed back into her usual human form.

Shamira took a deep breath. The air was full of dust and humidity from the rain and year without care. She flipped on the lights, and the main room's lights instantly came on, except for the kitchen's which took another minute. The lights were dimmer, as she preered soft light and looking at her shadow. Shamira sighed and walked to her bedroom, leaving puddles where she stepped. She opened her drawers and took out an outfit and changed. She walked to the bathroom and hung the wet clothes over the side of the shower to dry. "I guess this is going to take a bit of work..." she said quietly to herself, sliding her hand across the dust covered mirror. Now there was a line from where her finger was, and she sighed. She opened the cabinet under the sink and got out a towel. She wrapped her hair in it then walked out into the main room again. "And no better time than the present."

And with that Shamira got to work. She uncovered her table and chairs from the sheets over them, and washed them with soapy water and a sponge. She put the sheets in a crumpled pile on the floor, and moved on to the library area. One by one she pulled the sheets off of her bookcases, and added them to the growing pile. For this section she took more time, removing all the books one shelf at a time and washing the shelves carefully, and drying it with a towel. Once she had finished with that task she did the same to the ingredients. Ignoring the locked cabinet Shamira moved on to the chair and side table. She removed the sheet and washed them both, then picked up the large pile of sheets.

Shamira walked to the kitchen area, then dropped them. She plugged the kitchen sink and started to fill it with warm water. After it was two thirds full she stopped the water, which was steaming now. She poured a bit of soap into it, then morphed. She tilted her head all the way back, and from her face down the the rest of her body her skin was hardened and grey, like stone. All but her eyes were hard and grey, and her eyes still had their whites and were a deep brown color. Shamira blinked a few times, then picked the sheets up and dropped them into the steaming hot water. She swished them around, not being bothered by the heat because of her stone skin. She scrubbed them with a clean towel and sponges, until the water was murky and the sheets clean. Shamira smirked and unplugged the sink. Once the dirt water was gone she ran cold clean water over them. She thought for a moment then closed her eyes, concentrating. "Exaresco" she said in a distant and foreign voice. Instantly the sheets she had been pointing at, and the sink, were both dry. She opened her eyes and smiled. She reached for the sheets, but then stumbled, and caught herself on the counter. She cursed under her breath, "Must of taken more out of me than I thought..." Shamira folded the sheets and left them in a neat pile on the extra counter space.

There was only one more thing Shamira was going to do before going to bed, and that washing her window. It was a beautiful vibrantly colored stained glass window, and a most cherished gift from a friend before she first came to sanctum. She washed it gently, eagerly awaiting for morning to come and shine its first rays through it, and revel its brilliance. Luckily she wouldn't have to wait long. She glanced at her grandfather clock and a face of pure shock came to her. It was already past five. "I guess i won't have to wait that long..." she thought, and flipped the lights off. She took a seat at her table, and looked at her stained glass, gleaming clean once again. It wasn't too long before the day's first rays filtered through the stained glass, and it was a sight to take your breath away. Shamira smiled, a few tears in her eyes, and got up. "Well, everyone needs their sleep." she muttered, and climbed into her bed. Soon she was fast asleep.

Shamira woke up early afternoon grumpy. She yawned as she got out of bed, gathered a handful of clothes and took a shower. She walked out of her bedroom hair yet, dressed in a black tank top, dark blue boot cut jeans, a black jacket, and soaking wet hair. Grumbling she walked to the kitchen and made a bowl of oatmeal and a cup of coffee. She ate her meager breakfast, and took the mug back to her room. She put on a silver cross necklace, a newsboy cap, socks, and black leather boots. She took a large gulp of coffee then walked out of her room and melted into her library chair.

Shamira was in such a bad mood because she couldn't go to work today, she had already missed so much of the day, and why? Because of stupid weather. She sneezed, which lead to more grumbles. She mumbled a spell and instantly her shirt, which had become wet because of her long hair, and her hair were dry. Shamira sat there, enjoying her solitude, and sipping coffee, until the coffee was done. Then with a sigh Shamira went into the kitchen and washed her dishes, then decided to find something else to do.

Opening her door, and looking back at it, Shamira found a flier for a competition. Shamira's eye brows rose as she read it, and a smile spread across her lips. "Well, I know what I'm doing." she said quietly then headed for the weaponry

((again, sorry for the horrible post))

Shamira opened the door to let Mitsuki and Misora in. They all sat around Shamira's large dining table. Shamira walked to the kitchen and put a bot of water on the stove to boil before returning to the table. "So, what has been going on since I left, and don't tell me nothing Mitsuki." she said sternly.
Mitsuki sighed, knowing that Shamira wouldn't take no, or any excuses for an answer. "I was working at the Dragon's nest about a week ago and one of the Patrons was a Drow..." she continued to tell Shamira about what had happened with the Drow, then all the odd occurrences since. Shamira listened attentively with a frown, only getting up to pour tea for everyone.
"That explains a lot. And I know what you mean, I was attacked the other night flying home." she said, then took a sip of tea.
Mitsuki took a sip of her tea also and nodded. "I guess you just picked the worse time to come back." She said.
Shamira, Mitsuki, and Misora chatted for a little while longer until Mitsuki said she probably should go pick up the spare mattress from Nate and left Misora in Shamira's care. Nate's dorm
