The time of day was evening in a city that was in complete ruins. The sky was clear with little clouds were some stars were already making some appearance while the sun slowly began to move down with it's yellow and orange colors showing in the horizon. Rhys was found having the sun face his back walking down the street and stopping with a cigarette in his right hand held up to his face while he took his last drag before dropping and stomping on the cigarette with his black boots. He blew smoke out from his nose to rid of the smoke from his lungs as he waited for his opponent.
Rhys tilted his head to the right side as he stood in the center of the street where a faded yellow line laid between his feet. His legs were slightly spread having two tall buildings stand tall on both sides of him having the one on his right stand taller. The buildings weren't too tall as the tallest that was next to him was only four stories tall. The rest were all different sizes. The street was empty with a few broken old cars that were rusting on the side and some in the middle of the street seem to have been sitting in one for many years. Rhys examined the place a bit thinking this place would be a fitting place to battle.

(my rp style is quite different from yours so its not as...long or descriptive, its basically first person narrative.)
*I jumped from building to building, heading in the direction I last saw my nemisis when I was on my scouting assignment when I saw another demon, powerful-looking and could prove quite the challenge*
Lucifer kicked my a** last time...I should go for other demons and train.
*I jumped down, holding out my knife, its energies glowing under its damaged steel, in my other hand my scythe materialized*
Far enough, demon. Your trip ends here.

(yes many people use your style but i prefer detailed, it makes the fight more visual)
Rhys would analyze the character who had just appeared before him almost instantly. As he would would here the mans final words, upon his face he would conjure an edgy smile. The wind would push against his garments as dust would cover the damaged road. Rhys would then snap his fingers, it would seem as if nothing happened, though Rhys had just used his time manipulation ability, it basically slowed down time to Rhys's perception. The only flaws were that Rhys senses remains the same. To his opponents eye's time would remain at its natural speed though Rhys would just seem quick. And so he would as he walked behind the man. To the mans eyes it would seem as Rhys just vanished, Rhys would slightly lean over whispering in the mans ear "Do you have a death wish?"

*My unnaturally fast reactions allowed me to flip away as soon as his words touched my eardrum, my superspeed normally giving me an edge but it seemed nullified against this demon, who appeared to be much faster than I could hope to be. I wiped the grime and stones off my hands and got into a ready stance, keeping a careful eye on this deadly demon*
Sh*t, how do I beat someone so much faster than me? He was able to get nexrt to me before my brain could process it, and it can process bullets!

Rhys would let out a small laughter under his breath he wasn't faster, in his human appearance he couldn't speed up, but when in his enma (demon) form he could prove to be very deadly. He would fall back snapping his fingers yet again, this time he would use his phase transition ability to form the earth into a throne. And so it would occur as the earth spurt out a throne like object. AS Rhys would fall back landing on the throne, he would put his chin in the palm of his hand, waiting for the man who had appeared to make the first move. "Amuse me..."

*Infuriated by his tone, my rage took away my better judgment and I called upon the electrons in my system and gathered them in my hands then threw them at my target, chain lightning burstimg from my hands that would scorch any target*
Die, demon!
*after an instant I realized why I don't use that much energy from my own body, as electrons from the earth rushed to fill the empty void in my form, rooting me to the ground*

Rhys would smile as the charge of electricity headed for him. it was an attack he had seen countless times before. Thanks to the air being consisted of argon a gas that would be commonly used in light bulbs Rhys could turn the electrons into a small spark thanks to phase transition which allowed him to control solid liquid and gas through the process of psychokinesis, by thinking of the order in his mind and then implying it by snapping his fingers. Int his case when he snapped his fingers he would increase the amount of argon around the attack, the argon would discharge the the electrons into a discharged form turning the attack into a small light quickly disappearing. "Tell me your capable of better child......"

*I growled as the energy ran up my body, making movement difficult* Shut up!
*I prepared for the next time he snapped his fingers, a surrise waiting as I brought elecrons from the neaby building, pulling some so they collapsed in my enemy's dircetion while I threw several bolts of chain lightning, trying to run as the buildings crashed*

As the buildings would fall Rhys would snap his fingers, this time creating the wind around him to spin is a circular motion, it would work a lot like a sander anything solid would turn to dust so would the herculean buildings, they would destruct the many cars and damage the road even more. As for the lightning headed his way, it could pass through the barrier but Rhys had no reason to worry he would watch as the argon yet again dispersed them.
The barrier would soon vanish leaving about 2 meters around Rhys completely unaffected by the occurring. He was losing his interest in the man, so he decided to make the first move. As the man would run Rhys snapped his fingers, the air consisted of 70% of nitrogen a common gas, it would be harmless most of the time but when its molecules are compressed it explodes, That is exactly what Rhys would do he would make the nitrogen around the mans body explode by compressing their molecules thanks yet again to the transition ability hoping to end it witht his move though it was one of his weakest.
He rested his arm on the throne, his left leg over lapping his right. The man had been trying to fight Rhys from a far range, but Rhys weakness and strength was close range combat.

*as I tried to keep moving and not die, I noticed my enemy had not moved a centimeter from his poisition, simply using defensive moves*
Maybe he can't dodge well...
*I tried a desperate move, throwing two bolts of lightning that missed so badly that they didn't even hit the air filled with argon, heading towards the ground as regular electricity would*
Do what most would do, see this as a desperate failure, ingnore the missing attack:they weren't supposed to hit you

Rhys would rise from the throne seeing the pathetic attacks, he slightly pitied the man before he levitating into the air as he created air pressure beneath his feet. He knew he wouldn't stand a chance against any angel with his human form. So he prepared for the reason why enma were feared, their monstrous transformation. He would engulf his body with a black mana traveling around his body like blood, the air would shift as it suddenly became more humid. "Witness..." Rhys's eyes would change completely red his skin in to a dark green. A bone like armor would spurt out of his body as a tail would spurt out from his back. Green electricity like energy would travel around him. He looked dragon like though much more humanoid. His teeth know ever sharper as he opened his mouth letting out a blooding curling roar, echoing down the narrow streets. The newly formed Rhys's eyes would emit a green flash, opening a portal to his left entering it and another would instantly open behind the man as Rhys would fly out. He would go forth in order to grab the man hand, churning his hand with black mana, the black mana was another form of the transition ability instead of building molecules the mana destroyed them. In this case one small touch would destroy the mans molecules making him a part of nothingness.

*I smiled, a bit worried but something better came along*
That roar will do even better...
*as the roar from the newly formed beast escaped its throat, my eyes flashed as I used my sonic abilities, amplifying the sound and redirecting it back on itself, creating a soinc boom right in front of my enemy, and to make it off-balance or deal more damage I brought electrons from underneath the creature upwards into a large lightning bolt that would pass through it if the monster was as bad at dodging as he was*
Damn...I don't know if I can do that a second time after what I have already used...
*to annoy the monster more I threw a few small bolts to hit it hard, hoping that it could buy enough time for me to get close and use my knife, its energies allowing me to kill immortals with it*

As the sound waves would be sent back as an attack the newly formed Rhys would smirk, little saliva could bee seen escaping from his mouth. Sound waves travel through the molecules of the gases in air, such as nitrogen, co2, oxygen and water vapor. Luckily Rhys could control the molecules and stop them from vibrating making the attack useless, he would do so as his eyes emit a small flash , instead of snapping his fingers. For the lightning Rhys wouldn't need to move at all level two of phase transition allowed him to control the electron and magnetic spectrum in order to control gravity. And lightning having electron properties Rhys would just use the lightning to fuel his own power by making it a part of his mana. The man should have moved realizing Rhys was behind him but because he did Rhys would grapple the back of his neck, the battle could end here but instead Rhys spoke with a dark voice "Go..tell the angels I come for them" that being said he would use his oblivion ability giving him a psonic power known as sesemic push, he would simply push away the man to a greater distance.
